If so, it must be this region only. There are a lot of reviews up on Metacritic now for the game.

Re: Official PS3 Thread - March 09 Edition

Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't know if any of it's related but I'll just lay out the timeline.

I started replaying Uncharted two weeks ago so I could finish it before 2 came out and get the trophies. The PS3 registered the first trophy. I saved and quit shortly after. I went back later to keep playing and I'm registering all the Uncharted medals but the PS3 isn't recognizing them. I read online that because I have an old save file with my completed game, there's some glitch with the Uncharted patch/trophy system. Okay fine. But I've been playing NHL10 and I should have acquired two more trophies...but I got nothing. I start playing Uncharted 2 and still nothing's registering. I've gotten 10 in-game medals or so but no trophies.

I try to sync my Trophy collection and I get "An error has occurred. (80022D05)" I've done it a dozen times. The sync stalls at 12-16%, dies and displays this error. I've reset my network. Shut down the main power to the PS3 to reset. Still nothing.

oh noes... what will I do without my trofeez?! Seriously though, mock me, but I like my trophies.

Ooh ooh 19% that time.

Not much help but I did same as you, bough Uncharted when it was released, finished and then when trophies were added started playing again, in a new save. I'm actually just finishing the game and all the trophies have worked with no issue. I've also been able so sync all of them.

Re: Official PS3 Thread - March 09 Edition

I finally got things working again. Just in case this happens to anyone else... I kept comparing trophies with friends until one finally went through. After that the sync worked properly. Odd thing was that I was playing NHL and I started getting trophies I'd already gotten. I did the sync again and everything was normal. I'm still missing a couple of NHL trophies that I got, but oh well.

In order to get Uncharted and Uncharted 2 to work, I had to delete my Uncharted save files. Just as soon as I deleted those, I started getting trophies in Uncharted 2 again. I now have the second Treasure trophy, but not the one for getting the first. So whatever. Just means I have to play through it again. Oh well.

Zing!

I'm guessing the long-awaited X-game chatting (which was already rumored) or the Rock Band patch.

Good - it's not working so well with PlayOn for me these days.

I have Netflix on my Tivo and Xbox. I'd rather see native Hulu support.

Especially since my work's VPN blocks it and I don't have a home PC worth a shit.

Won't be much point to that now since they'll be charging people

Well, it depends on how all that pans out. It would still be a noteworthy addition especially since it would be a feature not available to Live. Netflix isn't free but Live users eat it up.

I have a great G5 at home but none of these streaming programs support non Intel Macs. Native support is the best I can hope for.

Re: Official PS3 Thread - March 09 Edition

Am I the only one feeling spoiled/overwhelmed with the PS3 lately?

Playing Arkham Assylum and Uncharted 2 back-to-back has me positively giddy, since I think both will end up on my top-10 of all time list, and I'll have InFamous, Fallout 3 GOTY, God of War Collection and a new Ratchet and Clank to play over the holidays.

Have you tried Play on? I think might be a good alternative.

Yeah, I'm with you. I am mostly finished Batman and am all about Uncharted2 's mp (as well as the campaign). I still have Beatles rock band that I've never touched with full drum kit. Plus, KZ2....which I should trade in since I don't expect to get to it with CODMW2 coming out. I wanted to try Brutal Legend, but I don't think I'll have time. Also, wanted to get Marvel UA2 to play with a friend.....but only for that factor.

Dude, give KZ2 a go. Not everyone will agree, but it's one of the slickest FPS games I've played.
