I'll do it just for old time's sake since we're expecting a lighter turnout...plus I want the ability to break out the banhammer after last week. It's a shame when somebody you taught to play (or at least to fly) comes in and sandbags your game.

Great night fellas. I had an absolute blast.

Probably my favorite thing was pushing my two team-mates over the cliff on archipelago when I was trying to even it up.

I also had a pretty good laugh at digi flipping somebody (R2?) up in the air and over the cliff.

I got eleven binocular kills during the lobby, including two twofers and one threefer. I had a blast tonight as well. My biggest accomplishment was just barely keeping you from reaching the flag return point on the archipelago map, Chess. One more second and you would have had it. Best maneuvering I have ever done with a warhawk.

My favorite part of the night was in Rumble Dome when I got so fed up with glitching I just ran and jumped right off the cliff for my grand exit... and before I could disconnect on my dramatic fall, I heard chess ask who that was jumping off the cliff. "That Flip?"

And then disconnect.

Yep, I can go back to hosting full-time again...for the time being. My GF got a trial run of Roadrunner "Turboed", and I'm up to 20.

I also wanted to say that I thought Grinder was a blast. I liked being on the other end of horde mode.

I might have laughed most on Island Outpost though, when I was holding the flag, fighting off a shitstorm of mediocre dudes and talking much bravado.

I'm generally good with that schedule Chew...but I could also see Friday night and Sunday morning instead of/in addition to. Let's just continue to play by ear for now, as my weekends can be unpredictable.

I'm falling behind on my movies and TV shows. I think 3x a week is my limit.

No, I'm cool with 3x...just not sure that Thurs will always be the best day. I like Friday because it gives me the option to stay up a bit later. Then we can just decide whether we want to play in the morning or wait till Sunday.

Anyway, Warhawk...

I especially liked that part where Slider STILL didn't have a mic and then left to stare at Sawyer's nipples.



I also really liked escorting Flip all the way across Archipelago (even though he wasn't on my team) only to be sploded by Chew at the end of the run. But really...what's a celebration without fireworks?

I also flamethrowered a Warhawk, which is always a riot!

To be fair, there isn't exactly a beacon over your Warhawk that displays "I'm not really playing right now".

Also, I had to laugh while watching flip on his table....to which we were labeled Laurel & Hardy.

I can't wait to see what "fine mess" flip and I get into next week.

I have a mic, the damn thing just won't work. I have it setup in the settings properly, and in Warhawk I have it set up like the OP says to do it, but it just won't work.

I was hoping the 4-5 TEAMKILLS right before might give it away.

Actually, it was legitimately funny from my POV. I was just disappointed that I didn't get to see him plant the flag after all that work...and I was just making up for a cheap binoculars kill anyway, so I totally deserved it.

Slider, are you sure you have don't have it set to "push to talk" in the Warhawk audio menu?

Didn't even notice.

I do have it on push to talk, but that's not what it's called on my menu. It's something else like Open Mic and I have that unchecked. If I have it on all the time you all are going to be hearing Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow during our matches. Push to talk is what I want it set on, but pushing L3 or R3 doesn't seem to work because apparently none of you can ever hear me.

When you guys talk on your mics, do you see your own mic light up during matches? Where it lists other people's mic when they talk I mean. I might hop on later and try to figure it out, it will be easier if I know to look for my own indicator or ask other people if they can hear me.
