Price of Helghast Edition went down by another $1.05 today. $41.03. So I checked on my order yesterday, and status is still 'shipping soon. Had an online chat with Amazon and requested that I get the credit on my account since item has yet to ship. I was told that the order was already processed and credit could no longer be assigned to the order. Instead, they'll give me a $3 promo credit for a future purchase at amazon.

Great deal as I buy lots of stuff at Amazon. So it works out to a purchase price of $39.08 after the credit, which is even better than the lightning deal! Just one more reason why Amazon is one of the best places to buy on-line!

Found a copy of the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Limited Edition on the 360 brand new for $30 at BestBuy. I guess they are clearing them out. What's funnier, the regular copy was still going for $50. Hrmmm, which one to get

I don't know if this was mentioned earlier in this thread, but I took 5 games to Best Buy to trade in and if you use it to pre-order Gears of War 3, you will get 50% more cash and anything else 40% more and it will be added onto a Best Buy Gift Card.

I took 5 games in tonight and got $25 and then pre-ordered NBA 2K12 and they game me $10 more for $35 total on my gift card. Pre-orders require only $5 down + tax and that will be taken off the gift card. So it's actually getting free money minus the deposit.

So right now I have $29 and change on my gift card....I could technically use it for something else if I wanted to, but I'm using the remaining balance towards the game.

Expiring PSN codes suck. I hate that they pull that shit. XBOX doesn't.

Unfortunately, Xbox is not immune to this stupidity either. Just ask Electronic Arts. Plenty of their game codes expire.

Just a heads up for anyone interested in move. Gamestop is selling all the move controllers and accessories (except the eye) for 50% off. Also, most of the move only games are $10 including singstar dance (w/ 2 mics). Good online and in store.

Yeah, I had that one expire on me as well. And a GT5 car also.
BTW : didn't you also have a PSPGo multi-game code either expire on you or did you swing a trade for it at the last minute?

Never had any Xbox Live code expire on me, except one promotional point code I didn't realize was promotional. Even when they show an expiration date (like on Live 12 month cards), they really don't in my experience.

Yeah, I ended up using it. Which was a bummer because 1 of the games I didn't want, 1 I already had, and the last one I did want. I had been trying to get someone to get me a code for the one I wanted (Ratchet & Clank) in exchange for all three games, but I wasn't able to do it. So I just redeemed it.

I wish Newegg would do Collector's Editions for sale. I also wish they weren't coupon based so that Amazon could pricematch, but I understand that's the exact reason why they don't!

Remember, you can easily cancel before they ship. I just went and preordered all of them (except Dance Central 2 which I already had preordered from them). I'll just cancel if I find a better deal at Kmart or somewhere else.
