Great deal for three great games. Only downside is that they can't be installed to the hard drive.

This promo (with Epic Mickey, SMG2, etc) doesn't even make any sense unless it's a mistake. Though shipping is almost $6... and that kind of kills it. $35 for Mickey was just right.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Is there no way to get it shipped to store? I almost pulled the trigger but the 6 extra bucks has me thinking otherwise. Besides, I really hope that they redo this game for the better systems so I might just hold out for that to possibly happen. Thanks for posting the deal.

Even at $41, it is a good deal. I'll bet you could get at least $15 selling the Nykon controler and chuck, or $10 in trade at GS.

Not really a deal, per se, but the Capcom store is giving away a pretty cute stuffed Chibiterasu with pre-orders of Okamiden on the DS. ($29.99 +$5.70 shipping) Release is March 15th.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Still a couple hours left on these deals at Gamefly. Games are used but are usually in excellent condition and include original case, artwork and manual. Prices include free shipping:

Army of Two: The 40th Day (360) $9.99
Army of Two: The 40th Day (PS3) $12.99
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (360)$14.99
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (PS3) $14.99
Just Cause 2 (360) $14.99
Just Cause 2 (PS3) $17.99

Finally bit on Just Cause 2. $15 was my sweet spot.

Everything except hardware is Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off at Toys R Us this week. I didn't see anything that ruled out points cards.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

The computer recognizes them as gift cards so they never work on these type promos.

Saw this over at SD:

GoHastings has Madden NFL 10 (360/PS3) and The Saboteur (360/PS3) for $9.99 each (+$2.28 shipping). Use the $5 coupon code GHWES1210 and the final price is $7.27 shipped.

^That's last year's Madden, so it's really no big deal.

Don't really care about football games, but I was pretty happy to pick up The Saboteur for $7.

Why would he pay $7 for a game he doesn't want? You're suggesting him spend $7 cash for $4 in credit. I'm confused.

Today's Games For Windows Live deal is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl for 99 cents (or 80 points). A great deal for those who've passed on it all the times it's been on sale at Steam.

Gotcha. That makes sense.

I was testing the coupon to see what else it would work on, but it's only taking off 20% for me.

It's $70 for Epic Mickey ($35.00) + the controller ($35.00). You have to click on the controller and choose the game.
