Thinking about grabbing it since I missed the last PSN sale.

That's a no brainer IMHO.

That Jet site is kinda weird. For some games they have multiple listings. Like Rise of the Tomb Raider. One for $45 and one for $60. And it's like that for multiple games. They also have the PS anniversary controller. One listing for $47 and one for $65.

Yeah, I don't know how they stock their inventory. My slip for GTA V from them was an invoice from Babies R Us.

Jet barely has any video game stock. They then order it from somewhere else and drop ship it to you. My last two orders from them came from Toys R Us.

I'm 90% certain is all Jet is is a middleman for other companies. I don't really get the point of them, and wouldn't even bother if it wasn't for some of the great deals I've gotten using their coupons. If I'm going to buy something from some random company, I'd at least want to know who it is before hand.

Having said that, I had a product that broke after a month and they gladly shipped out a replacement without requiring me to send back the old one, so that was nice.

I was hesitating because it's not digital, but for $8, I pulled the trigger.

Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition is $15 at ToysRUs.com

Was hoping for digital for that one too, but damn, $15 is solid with all the DLC. How does one go about notifying Amazon these days? I'd rather buy there with Prime.

The same way one contacts aliens : Write a huge message in a big, open field and wait while nobody responds.

Alright smartass(twice in as many days), they used to have a link to "notify of a cheaper price" link on product page. I don't see it anywhere.

Not that it matters, it doesn't appear Amazon proper has it in stock. Just third party sellers.

Decker 12-16-15 12:52 PM

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Yeah, they got rid of that button. They don't care anymore.

That was the point of my post, not to mock you. (Mocking you was the point of the previous smartass comment -- which was two days ago to be precise)

 Dick.

Well, I bit at TRU. Had to come up with filler to avoid the $6 shipping so I grabbed a couple LEGO minifigs series 12 that are on sale(perfect stocking stuffers).

Gamespot or Gamestop?

Adam Tyner 12-16-15 03:58 PM

GameStop, although Amazon has price matched at least some of 'em.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Notable on that Slickdeals page is a deal for all four of those Star Wars PS2 games on PS4. $14.49 gets you all four and a 20% off coupon.

Edit 2: Fantasy Life has been added to Best Buy's list.

Ah, I knew about the sale but for some reason didn't realize LBX was published by Nintendo.

I have nothing to pair with Mario Tennis, though, which is probably just as well.

Jumped on this, thanks. Also grabbed Ryse: Son of Rome Legendary Edition (all the DLC included) for $15 too.

Best Buy has the Disney Infinity 3.0 Saga bundle for $69.99 ($55.99 GCU) as their DOTD. I'd sworn off any of the toys-via-power-pad-connected-to-the-console games, but ended up biting on the bundle and a handful of figures. They also have the regular starter pack for $39.99 ($31.99 GCU), but I think that's been cheaper.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

My kid is begging for Infinity 3.0 but I just can't justify it even with the discounts because you still have to buy extra figs/playsets. We have a tub of Skylanders and Infinity 1 figs collecting dust. I went in for Lego Dimensions though as they're huge Lego fans. Hopefully that will get more play.

Well tell your kid they're a little bitch and that they'd better start doing more chores around the house to work off the price of buying those things.

But isn't Dad a Star Wars fan? Come on Corvin, you don't want to play with those Star Wars figures? ;) Give in to Darkside! (I did, and they are awesome).

Was at my local BJ's Wholesale store tonight and noticed they had Guitar Hero Live for the PS4, XO and Xbox 360 for $49.99. Signed stated it as a clipless coupon and good through 12/24.
