well I knew about this deal but paid more than I should have

was going to get the Net10 sim kit which should have been 6.99 but it showed 9.99 on the hang tag
I went with the H2O card that showed 4.99
Had a $5 RZ cert so I grabbed a 1.49 candy to put me over the pre tax min
The sim card rang up at 9.99 instead and the blue shirt didn't know how to remove the candy without approval

paid about 7.00 out of pocket because I didn't want to raise any red flags

My local Best Buy has them on hooks next to some of the other cards in the games section. Guy at the cash register also had one in his drawer. If you got the deal it should show it on your receipt.

Must be. Mine is universal for international travel. Was $9.99 and worked with free GCU.

Thanks, I went back to the store and got it to work this time. Showed up correctly on the receipt and the website. Now I'm good until 2018. I'm thinking about picking up one more to push me to 2020, but I'm not sure Best Buy will be around that long

On a side note, I swung by Wal Mart while I was out, and they had a lone Sunset Overdrive bundle, so I snagged it. I'm not going to open it until after Black Friday is over in case a better bundle comes along, but those seem pretty limited, so I figured I'd grab it for now.

I think Best Buy will be around, but the Gamers club benefits are likely to change between now and then.

When I picked up the extra 2 year GCU membersip with Sunset Overdrive (10/28/14), my Welcome email came 10/29 at 9:07 AM. While I signed up (yet again) yesterday afternoon, I haven't yet gotten another email yet (it's 8:30 AM now) -- my status at My Best Buy indicated another 2 year extension as of last night.

Can you still take back games for trade? I want MCC and Sunset Overdrive and Far Cry 4. So could I get the third game, return it on the 18th and trade it for FC4?

BF ad for Meijer's is out, and overall for the next gen it is meh IMO. Quite a few PS4 games at $20 and $30 respectively, but almost nothing for the XBONE. Oh well, was not counting on Meijer's as I don't think I really have ever gotten a good BF deal from them in terms of games any ways.

Amazon never has much in the way of deals unless they are price matching other retailers

TRU's deal was always in October.

This B2G1 came a week early.

Picked up a $20 phone at BB earlier and got the GCU deal. They didn't have any of the cheaper H20 cards or kits unless I overlooked them. Either way, not gonna complain. I'm now good through 2018, and BB keeps all of my videogame dollars until then.

Picked up the 9.99 card and the GCU. I'm guessing it will add on it's own to my account within the next day?

Mine reflected on the My Best Buy website in a matter of hours

I never got an email and their is no indication of the GCU account on mybb site, but the discount is showing up when I add games to my cart?

I made a purchase on Monday that should have extended my GCU for 2 more years but after a couple of phone calls and messages to Best Buy specialists the problem still has not been fixed.

Return and re buy it. That's what I had to do as well when it wasn't showing up on my account, but it worked like a charm the second time. Got the e mail and the extension is showing up under my account.

I grabbed the last yellow package (non-international) H20 sim yesterday, and the card for GCU. I still haven't seen the welcome email, but the extension was up by the time I got home last night.
