Don't update Puzzle Craft with the update they just released. MANY people are reporting that it deleted their save, even though they didn't have the null string error, and things were working just fine before it. Seriously, what the shit?

Fistful of Penguins is free today.

It is an iOS version of the tabletop dice game. A very light strategy game with a cute theme (penguins, lions, camels, moose, and squirrels) that actually has some strategic decisions to be made. Very kid friendly.

I bought it at launch (because I liked the tabletop version) for 3 or 4$ and thought it was priced fair. Free though is great.

No issues for me so far. The $5k is a nice cushion that almost breaks the game. It's too easy to just buy something you need now instead of playing the game.

I guess it depends on how far along you are. I was already in the 20s so it just became easier to just buy materials to get a lot of the things I needed instead of playing the two match-3 games.

And with that, I'm finished. Maxed out all my workers and have my Castle. Fantastic game. I'm eager to see what they have in store for updates.

Fieldrunners just dropped to $.99 for the first time ever, and added retina support.

Yeah, space has been an issue with both my ipad and iphone for a while, especially with a lot of the bigger games going at 1gb or close to it. Any way to back up progress in a game? I don't mind deleting games and reinstalling later, but I hate losing progress. Does icloud backup save that, if you do that before uninstalling?

For instance, I probably won't play Chaos Rings soon, but I spent a lot of time on it, and would like to pick it back up where I left off after reinstalling...
