I think this is the best tracklist ever put together. I like all the songs I've done so far in RB2 (about 20 in the tour). This is the best game ever created! I'm getting RB 3 on release day (minus instruments, I'm using these until they break). |

You need to pick ONE game and say this - not every one that keeps your attention for more than 5 minutes.
Lips got to hold "BEST GAME EVER!!!!" status for what? A week? Did you sell that one yet, Deb? :p |

Yeah, I don't really consider JB to be country either, but I guess that's arguable.

I'm going to continue my trend of interrupting rampaging threads about DLC with my own gameplay experiences.
I did a random Expert Drum setlist yesterday. Three songs. Song #1: Let There Be Rock (Live) Song #2: Green Grass and High Tides Song #3: That fucking Motorhead song. The best part about this setlist was that I'd just done 30 minutes of rowing beforehand... and I think in terms of pure caloric expenditure, the three-song setlist won. And, yes, I just plain failed that Motorhead song. Christ that thing is brutal. |

I'm pretty sure the only thing Jimmy Buffett shares with country is the fact that it'll never be on my HD.
:) I hear ya Cliff Claven. |

I don't really like the country tracks they chose, but I don't have a problem with country being on RB. I'd rather they release 3-10 new DLC tracks every week, optional purchases, of as many music genres as possible, than fragment the market with Country Hero/Band, Hiphop Band/Hero, etc. I like variety, and I'll at least check out every song. Besides, I can see country in the game much more than I can see Sabotage or So Whatcha Want (as much as I do like the Beasties.)
I'd like to see some Lucinda Williams, but only if they get the vocal track requiring her twanginess. I don't call Buffett country. Putting out steady amounts of widely varied DLC is the best way for them to both keep the platform alive (good for consumers) and maximize profits (good for them). |

That wore me out just reading it, and I barely read past LTBR Live. That song on drums may proceed to hell.

I say gimmie more and more Country. :p
Playing Sin Wagon is some of the most fun I've had on the game so far. I like all different types of music in the game, so I say bring it on. |

And let it be known that the Live version dwarfs the album version.

Awesome. I had to think about that one for a second. And then I hated myself for taking so long to catch up.

My Wal-Mart has the AC/DC bundle (game, dvd, tshirt) for $29.96

With the Foo album, Killers pack, No Doubt album and th upcoming PJ album, I have restored my faith in Rockband and its DLC. These are some of my favorite artists and it has been a ball playing their tracks. to Harmonix on an amazing game.

I can't figure out how to get my wrist to work that way, and certainly not for 10-11 minutes. It's almost like the rebound on the RB2 kit is too good, and I can't get the stick back to the pad fast enough. Both versions are crushingly unfun on drums, and help make the case for song disabling.

Got the 55 RB1 songs imported. $4 after MS points discount. This game just keeps getting better :D I'll probably get the No Doubt album.
|
I ended up caving and buying the country pack and I loved it, I can't wait for pack 2. I highly recommend the No Doubt album GatorDeb it's lots of fun, and brings back great memories.

how do you get all of those imported for $4?
All you need is a Rock band (1) disc, you put it in, it updates it, then there's an export option. Puts them on your hard drive and RB 2 then reads them into the game. I really like sorting by location. I'm stuck at the tour right now because there's a 7-song gig and I don't think I can last that long  |
How many gigs does the RB1 import take?

The PS3 cannot do this thanks to Sony's internal file management. |
Does anyone know how much space the AC/DC Track Pack takes to Import?
