I would think so. I picked up a pretty generic 4 port USB hub at Office Depot. I only use it for Rock Band, but it works fine.

I have it, but haven't played it in a while... did anyone really "buy" those new expansions? You'd think that they'd give those out for free since you have to buy the cards anyway (not like I've seen any cards past the first series anywhere). Is this game dead?

Same here. Bought it on clearance at Target for $34.98, mainly to get the Eye camera (which sells for that much by itself).

Help!! I just got my PS3 back and it appears to be the same unit...I backed up my system data and restored it... but it didn't save my RB character or songs! When I go into the store it still recognized the songs i downloaded, but of course it doesn't let me download again... I only had one character and I could probably redo it all again in a day...but I just want my songs back.

What can I do?

Did you go to the Rock Band Store or the Playstation store? I had a similar issue when I swapped out the hard drive in my PS3. The Rock Band Store wouldn't let me re-download the songs, gave some message like "That title is no longer available"... worked fine from the Playstation store though.

Didn't see this posted here yet, but I loaded the store up yesterday and the latest issue of Qore is free. I've been getting it free from PSM, but because they always give the codes out a few months late, they've been next to worthless. Haven't checked it out yet, but hey, it's free!

Yea, I downloaded it for free yesterday. In the opposite of what Sony was hoping to have happen, that Qore episode made me happy that I don't have a subscription or purchase episodes.

The PS store... all my songs had the red downloaded symbol, but I saw no option to download again.

Is it still plagued with tons of ads? I think the major problems with Qore are:
1. Not enough content. Features are usually extremely short
2. Even with the lack of content, the file is HUGE!
3. It's not free, and it's still filled with ads. And it's basically just an advertisement for games anyway.
4. They've been giving it away for months now. Why pick up a subscription?

I guess people subscribed to get access to demos and such, and I didn't realize these demos are not included in the free downloads. Why not? If you're going to tempt people to buy this crap, give them all of it and let them decide. Why take away what is most likely your best asset? Not to mention that they're basically withholding free demos to make you pay for them.

Does anyone purchase Qore or have a paid sub? For that matter, has anyone paid for one of their premium themes? Who buys this stuff?

That's something I don't get. It's one giant ad for the games. Subsidize the cost with the publishers for their content instead of using ads.

I agree.

You can actually get the entire first series set of cards (5 decks) for around 5 bucks each on ebay.

I finally got around to trying it out last night and the eye works with the card extremely well. I was very surprised.

Now I am a generation late in card games so I really didn't have a clue as to what I was doing. I played the computer on beginner 3 or 4 times and it kicked my ass everytime and I walked away sometime understanding the basics but not really understanding why I was getting my butt handed to me everytime.

If anyone wants to play and maybe give a tutorial to get it going, send me a friend request. or let me know.

Mine is too much. She is freaking everywhere in geekdom. Tekzilla and other podcasts and now Qore. I've been over her cute know it all personality for awhile and definitely won't pay to have her on my screen.

I still have Eye of Judgment, but haven't played it much since buying it. I bought it mostly for the camera and it was only $29.95 at Wal-Mart so the game was an extra.

Just bought my first Playstation.

Any tricks before opening it up and hooking it up? I'm a little cluless, but do I have to choose a "handle" like xbox live that I'm forever stuck with or anything?

Yep, be carefull when choosing your PSN name. That's how I got stuck with KJK. I just typed something in thinking I could change it later. Boy was I wrong.

In the upper right corner of the main Playstation Store screen, there's an icon that says "Downloads" (or "view downloads" or something like that)... If you select it, it brings up a screen that contains ALL the items that you've previously downloaded. Each item in the list should have a download button next to it which should enable you to "re-download". If there's no download button, I'd say the only other option would be to call Sony tech support and ask what the deal is.

Thanks, I picked TrevorDVD. Doubt I'll game with it much, but the blu-ray and media streaming might make it the most used console in my home.

There's an unconfirmed report out saying the eternally delayed Home will be available to the general public "within 10 days" (the article was posted yesterday---so, by 12/17).

Just a reminder for everyone in the beta now. The store has items including a pretty cool new living space for free right now. No idea how much it will cost when the closed beta ends so download now.

I've had Home for a few weeks now and can't really get into it, but I think I would have loved it if I were 13/14 again.

There was an announcement last week on the Playstation Blog and I think it mentions it when you log in. No idea what they intend to charge for some of this, but worth grabbing while it is all free.
