It's a nice version, but the first one I ever played. It looks better than most PSP games on the Vita

I'd buy more of these games, like Injustice, if they were cross-play enabled.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I did a cut and paste there, but looking at the sale now, there's really nothing there worth picking up at these prices. That's unusual for a Flash Sale

Yeah, If I didnt have Injustice on PS4, I would bite on the Vita version.

Final Fantasy IX has aged well, could use a few more save points though.

Playstation Plus deals for Feburary. I'm sure Decker can provide a flashier version later on ;). Overall, another solid month.

Free

Outlast (PS4)
Metro: Last Light (PS3)
PayDay 2 (PS3)
Remember Me (PS3)
Street Fighter X Tekken (PS Vita)
ModNation Racers: Road Trip (PS Vita)

Sweet, I've been looking for a deal on Remember Me. Guess I can stop looking.

Outlast was great on PC. I might even run through it again on PS4. I've been holding off on Metro: Last Light, PayDay 2, and Remember Me, so that is awesome news.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Nice. All three of those PS3 games I wanted but don't yet have. All are really new as well. Awesome month -though I do already own both those Vita games. I'm never buying another Vita game as they all go free anyway.

Outlast is my most wanted PS4 indie.

Metro, Remember me and PayDay are perfect PS Plus games (good but easily overlooked).

Couple of Vita games for my kid, and he loved ModNation.

I'm pretty stoked about all of them (more so if I had a Vita). I remember a lot of people saying that Payday 2 was pretty solid, and being free is going to breath new life in the multiplayer in that game which is exactly what it needs. Maybe we can get enough people together to form a couple teams or something.

Yeah, the Weekend Confirmed guys LOVED Payday 2

I'm in for all the PS4 and Vita games. I've never played Modnation, so that should be fun.

I actually thought Modnation Racers on PS3 was one of the more underrated games of the last generation. I put in a ton of time building cars and tracks, and I thought the driving and power-up mechanics were mostly very well executed (could have used a little bit more weapon variety).

The only thing that killed it for me: Load times. Hopefully the Vita version is a little better in that regard.

Excellent month. Sony's definitely giving me reasons to hold on to my PS3.

It's not. It's inferior in every possible way to the Sonic Kart racer they gave away last month, but hey - free is free.

LOL. Forgot we just got a Karting game. It's probably an inferior racer, but I really enjoyed the building and customization elements.

But yeah, load times. :(

Yep, great month.

Metro: Last Light, the first game is a classic. I've read good things about this one.

Remember Me, I couldn't wait and got it for $12 in a Gamefly sale, for the Xbox 360. If you are into the genre is an awesome game. I would say, if after the first or second chapter you are not hooked, then it's not your game. I absolutely loved it.

Payday 2, another game that I'm interested. Will download and probably be in my digital to do list for a long time. :(

What genre is it? I held off buying it because it seemed kind of generic.

Metro: Last Light is a fantastic game, and Remember Me is pretty good too (though it's more notable for its aesthetic and memory flashback sequences than the majority of the gameplay, which is centered on repetitive combo-based action).

I rented Last Light and got about a third of the way through. It'll be nice to finally be able to finish it. I've also been interested in checking out Remember Me.

PS+ is killing it. $50 (not to mention the $30 a lot of people got it for) is a steal.

Sorry to hear about the load times in Modnation. I still haven't gotten around to Snonic yet, bet I'll get Modnation too. Like Decker said free is free.
