Reminder that both the Flash Sale and the Vote To Play option end tomorrow morning. Get going if you haven't already.

Just wanted to add that I bought the Sherlock Holmes PS4 game for $7.80 and having played through the first case, I think the game is pretty cool. A little more involved than a Walking Dead-style Telltale game (but without the heavy story elements). A nice little investigative adventure game, if a heck of a lot of back-and-forth with loading screens. Not an instant classic, but well made, looks good and well voiced. It's certainly worth a purchase at this price.

Very disappointing PS Plus list for Sept. They pulled a MS move and are giving away a crappy brutally hard retro game (Super Time Force) that was already an Xbox One freebie months ago (though it's just coming to PS4 now, and with Kaz as a playable character)

Sherlock Holmes was part of the IGC in March.

I agree the list seems disappointing. The only game I'm looking forward to is Grow Home. I'm holding out hope that there's a hidden gem in the releases that I end up enjoying which has been the case quite a few times.

My PS+ subscription definitely isn't providing the magic like it once was. It's still a good deal, but there hasn't been any must-plays for me since 2014.

I think it's been a great year so far. Rocket League, Rogue Legacy, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Guacamelee!, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Limbo, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, InFamous: First Light, ect.

Yeah I've played through Valiant Hearts and First Light, Sherlock Holmes for PS3 was a full retail release, Rocket League a must play.

Very true. And they gave away the Vita version later on for those who grabbed the PS4 version which was nice.

It's been a pretty good year overall, but September really sucks. None of those games are even a little pretty, Super Time Force is a frustrating waste of time (that I already got for free and deleted) and with all due respect to the 44% of those who voted for it, Grow Home looked to be by far the most boring and ugliest of the three nominated games -- it looks like a tech demo from 2003. (That said, I really do like the idea of voting for a freebie every month). Too bad Armello had such a terrible trailer on the PSN voting site -- it actually looks to be a really cool game.

I don't know ... I watched the trailer for Xeodrifter, and it's supposed to be a very highly rated metroid-like game. I'm looking forward to giving it a try
