Is Peggle 2 not a good game? I was thinking about buying it for that price.

Of note is that Resogun is released for the Vita and PS3, and is retroactively cross-buy with the PS4 version, so if you already have it via Plus at launch, you can download the other versions too.

Just the opposite : He was saying that it's such a good game that it makes the sale not-at-all disappointing. It's TOTALLY worth a sub-$5 price.

Go for it, I think I've played that more than Resogun in like half the time. I really do think it's the prize of this sale.

It was 13 months ago. It's been on sale once or twice since then. It's an awesome game.

Good News : Resogun is available for the PS3 and PS Vita for free if you own the PS4 version

Bad News : While you can download the Vita version, you can't actually play it because you get a message about being "Unable to validate purchase" on the title screen. I can't get around it and apparently checking message boards, neither can anyone else.

Weird, I played it last night.

Unfortunately I wasn't a PSN plus member at the time, nor did I have a PS4. I just remember how some folks remarked that they were having more fun playing Resogun than any of the other launch games.

If you got Resogun free on PS4 from plus, it appears that if you go to the PS4 version on the web store, not sure on the console, it'll let you add the PS4 version for free and purchasing that will get rid of the expiration date of the game. It'll show a price, but when you go to your cart the price will be 0

Regarding the Resogun problem, I've found the solution apparently. I couldn't "purchase" the PS4 version, but I could "purchase" the PS3, PS Vita and PS4 versions together - putting all three items in the cart at once. That completed the checkout (for free) and now I believe it will work on the Vita (though I'm currently at work and can't check).

Probably a question for Google, but what the hell: can I use an American Express gift card to put funds in my PayPal or PSN account?

I'm guessing Week 4 of the Holiday Sale ends tomorrow? If so, I wonder if they'll extend it a couple days to account for the outage. I was planning on picking up BF4, but if PSN is down through the end of the sale, I'm going to miss out.

holiday Sale Week Four ends with next store update on Tuesday. Flash Sale might end tomorrow. Don't know if they'd extend it, but I sort of doubt it.

I really wanted to get the two seasons of Walking Dead, but I guess PSN is never coming back up.

I'm sadly missing out on Lizard drama and getting some quality time with my Vita.

Recent PS plus freebies Luftrausers, Steamworld Dig and Muramasa have been real standouts. Resogun and Binding of Isaac don't seem to work without authentication (no wifi at grandparents), which stinks, because those were the two I was most looking forward to checking out. I was also eager to try Dragon's Crown, but it's not grabbing me like Muramasa (same dev).

I was also tempted to get the complete BF4 for $30 and should be home in time to pull the trigger, assuming PSN is online by Monday.
