Heh, you're right. I guess I'm so use to seeing just cut scenes in trailers and the game play parts they did show were short so I just assumed it was missing.

I just finished reading the graphic novel again. This game looks nothing like it, but it still looks pretty sweet.

I'm very excited for this. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be another crappy DC game.

Re: Batman - Arkham Asylum

This looks like fun. I hope they include other Arkham inmates besides the Joker (and the generic patients we saw in the trailer). I assume Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Clayface, and all the rest will be level bosses, but I'd love to see confirmation on that.

Looks good! I agree that doesn't sound like Hamill's previous Joker. I said as much to my friends, and now I'll probably get crap for it since it is supposed to be him.

Some looks at the way the game plays. This is sounding pretty awesome.

Trailer didn't impress me. I hope the gameplay is pretty good. I hope the majority of the game doesn't take place in Arkham.

Er... given the title of the game, I'd assume most if not all of the game takes place there.

Re: Batman - Arkham Asylum

The point of the game is that The Joker is pulling Batman further into the asylum.

BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Pre-Order Deal (XBOX360, PS3, PC, Sega CD)

Saw this at slickdeals.net

Warner Brothers has Batman: Arkham Asylum Pre-Order (PS3 & XBox 360) for $48 - $12 (with code WBSURVYJ9) = $36. Shipping is free if you spend $50 or more, otherwise it's $7.95. Thanks Taboner

Note: This is a pre-order, the game will be released on May 26, 2009

They also have Battlestations Pacific (Xbox 360) for the same price. This game is also a preorder and will be released April 14, 2009

Usually movie related games aren't very good, but I figured since TDK was so popular, people might want to get in on this.

FYI, the code automatically work for 2 copies if you want to go in with someone to avoid the $8 shipping charges. Someone local or willing to wait for you to reship it to them at much less than $8.

Hell, just selling the 2nd, unopened copy when you get it would probably work well too.

So this is coming out on Sega CD, huh?

Didn't think they still made games for it.

Apparently, things take forever to ship from the WB store. Nobody who bought FEAR 2, even those who sprung for expidited shipping have even gotten a shipping confirmation yet. That = PASS in my book.

I preordered The Dark Knight Bluray from em and got it via next day delivery. But reading the thread at CAG, the shipping does seem to be hit and miss but for that price i'd jump at it.
