Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but the local Lego store had the SW Complete Trilogy (the newer one w/ online co-op) for $24.98.

That is a good deal. This game is notorious for remaining the same price since release, and rarely being on sale.

It's much discussed in our XBLA thread.

I just picked up Scene It at Sears for $24.97. YMMV of course.

Really fun game if you have 3 or more even slight movie fans to play with, worth twice that price.

Good tip. We're planning to be at the mall with Sears in it this afternoon. I'll be checking it out, for sure. Might pick up multiple if any one else here wants one. I have a feeling that we'll be seeing more uses for the including remotes when the new social gaming aspect starts to become more prevalent.

BTW, to save people a trip to the store, you can check sears.com for store availability.

Thanks edstein. Managed to pick up the last copy at my Sears. I've been waiting for this to hit clearance at Target but this is even better. First time I've ever scored a deal at Sears as well. The guy checking me out knew exactly where it was and how cheap it was. He was young and probably a gamer himself which is why I never find anything there.

The Sears by me has a whole bin full of fairly recent games from all the major systems on Clearance. But you have go up and have them scanned each time you're interested since they were too lazy to just stick a price on them. I guess I could just bring a stack of games I might be interested in if the price is right but still...

I can now see why people get annoyed with games locked behind glass.

Wow a bin? Just check CAG for a list of what should be recent and you should be good to go. I think they are pretty consistent in their clearance at all the stores.

Also scored the last copy of Scene It at mine. It was still listed at 59.99, but I had the old bag scan it to make sure.

"Wow, it's on clearance!"

"Yeah, I figured it was and you just hadn't tagged it yet."

No bin at my Sears, but there was one copy of Scene It, so I went ahead and picked it up. I have no idea who will play with me; everyone I know is too afraid of my useless trivia knowledge to play against me. Maybe when the Mrs and I invite a new couple over to the house... Anyway, for $25 it seemed like a good deal.

I have no idea what else was on sale since every other game was "locked" on the rack and impossible to scan. I did find that the Messenger Pad was $14.99, but I really couldn't justify buying it. I just don't send messages enough. Someone else might jump on that deal, though.

Yeah I'm a member over there but I have a bad habit of forgetting to check it like you guys. I see you guys getting great deals but I seem to always read about them after the fact.

Glad a few got in on the deal. I played a couple games last night with the family. I scored a ton of easy achievements. It's too bad they didn't release any additional DLC for this game. New puzzles would be the perfect marketplace addition.

I've gotta pick up a few...any better deals by price matching elsewhere? Do you think Best Buy would allow a price match and use of a $10 of $75 coupon?

Nope. A price match is usually considered a deal. i.e. not valid with any other coupons or offers.

So, I will have my new Elite tonight and I have a question. Do I need the transfer kit and will I need to complete the transfer from the 20GB to the 120GB before I can sign on XBox Live?

Or can I just set up XBox Live on the 120GB tonight and be online and playing games?

Thanx Chris

If you don't transfer, then anything on the new HD will be wiped when you do transfer. Similarly, the old HD will be wiped when you transfer.
