That's hard to say. New IPs will always have it rough (Mirror's Edge, for example) in today's game world. Clover's game didn't exactly bomb either, Capcom just had ridiculous expectations for them and were only interested in putting out games as products and not games as games/art (their words, not mine). I think if Sega has their expectations and budgets in check, they're going to do all right.

Nevermind...I think I found one for list price at a legit etailer. Well, wherehouse.com, but I've never had a problem with them.
If you still need one, give Blockbuster a call

It was working for me this afternoon. Some of my DS games are missing (maybe I didn't even register them in the first place) and of course most of my VC and Wii Ware stuff wasn't counted, but I ended up at 830 for now. I'm just wondering what the Gold and Plantinum status gets you. Only thing worth buying for me is the DS game, but I doubt I get my coins this high again so I may wait out better stuff.

This is a mature rated non Nintendo published title on Wii. Mediocre to bad sales are to be expected. I hope it gets enough buzz and good reviews to at least find its way into a half million homes. There are so many Wiis out there you would think a good game might find an audience.

Finally got into Club Nintendo. Just shy of Platinum status, in fact, I'd be there if it would count my Wiiware and VC stuff.

I just checked out the trailer for Deadly Creatures, and I have to say that game looks pretty interesting. I couldn't play it, because you control a tarantula and tarantula's give me the willies, but Wii seems to have a stranglehold on nature exploration games. Hell, it might even be a little educational.

Good stuff.

How are you guys logging in? No matter what time I try, I keep recieving the same error about needing to transfer my account over. I've already went through the process 4 times and changed my password 3 times and still receive the same message...

I just tried periodically through the day. Eventually it logged in and I was able to transfer my account.

Seems to be working great this morning. 790 for me. Looks like there are a few games that don't count outside of WiiWare/VC. Magnetica & Metroid Pinball are two I noticed that I had registered but don't count towards coins.

Also noticed I never registered Excite Truck. My list seemed light, I may have to look through my games again.

So I transferred my titles, but only 21 are available to do anything with. Of those, 2 were VC titles that ask for a "Post Play" survey that are blank. So I only have 650 coins.

It's all over my history, from Super Mario 64 DS when I first got the system to Earthworm Jim (VC) and a scattering in-between. Not a single GCN game on there that I've registered in the past.

I might have to try re-entering old codes if I can find them. Is there a trick to seeing your full registration history?

ETA: Well, I see my full history now under "My Account Settings" -> "See All" (under "Products Registered"). So they know about everything, but I can't fill out any more surveys and I have no coins from any of them just for existing. Lame.

Yeah, I have a ton of Gamecube/GBA games registered as well, but no coin bonus/survey for those either.

Yeah this game looks amazing. The developers appear to be going all out to create a high quality game.

How's Mushroom Men: Spore Wars? Is it worth renting for someone with a gigantic backlog who hardly plays their Wii?

Thanks for that, darkside. Looks like I found the survey-eligible titles I never registered. Hopefully I'll get registration points as well

Looks like IGN put up their review early... and the results are not pretty, garnering a staggering 6.1 score.

It's a port of an old PS2 game, which was just average to begin with - what did you expect?

Early talks mentioned they were revamping quite a bit. There was also talk of there being a lot more wii specific controls than the review indicates. It is inexcusable not to have 16x9 support though. Nintendo should have really made that a Wii standard.

Like Okami, I never played the original so I figured I'd nab it, but not with feedback like that.
