I love to hear all the crazy stuff people say, I think its hilarious. I'm not overly PC or easily offended, so it doesn't bother me. I don't treat it like a board room meeting, I prefer chaos.

why don't you tell Microsoft you can't read the numbers. They should be able to do something for you.

go here and win 48 hour codes. (once you've entered once, back out, change to a different (fake) email and enter again, repeat).

Here are some in case you really live up to your screen name:

Thanks, that pretty much answers my question.

I do kind of wonder still.. once someone has 20 or so + live arcade games. How do they keep track of it all. Assuming that to reclaim space you delete a bunch of them, but later you want to play something, and you're trying to remember what arcade games you actually own. Or worse case, your HDD dies so you need to redownload them on your new HDD.

Anyway, I only own 2 (plus hexic) so not a big deal at the moment .

When you go to the marketplace there is a Download history option you can select. It will show you everything you have ever downloaded.

Same here. I'm still hooked on Mario anyway, and have Uncharted to tackle.

Does anyone know if there's a way to do a mass cleaning of the Friend's List or does one have do it one name at a time? I searched online and found nothing on the topic.

I don't think you can. However, it would probably be quicker to manage on xbox.com.

this happened to me once - the numbers rubbed off along with the silver stuff. microsoft would do nothing for me (the conumerist had a write up this week about this problem). i was able to exchange it with a receipt at walmart as defective merchandise (this was about a year and a half ago, however).

I only have Net access at work. My Internet went out at home early Thursday morning and when I left for work in the afternoon it was still out. So no LIVE for me.

I only pay yearly for live and at least MS is offering up a free game for it's recent issues. But I know those greedy bastards at Time Warner, who I pay on a monthly basis, will no doubt pretend this outage never happened and offer nothing

Did anybody here do the recent free Halo 3 promotion? If so, have any of you gotten yours yet?

Undertow Free of Charge Next Week on Xbox LIVE Arcade

Marc announced that all Xbox LIVE members around the world would have access to a full Xbox LIVE Arcade game to download free of charge. We're pleased to announce that beginning Wednesday, 2:00 a.m. PST through Sunday, 11:59 p.m. PST, Xbox LIVE members worldwide can download the full version of the recent award-winning Xbox LIVE Arcade game, "Undertow."
Looks like a decent enough game for free.

That's my guess since they mentioned MS announcing a free game for all live members. At least it's something I don't already own.

Yeah, I was actually just about to get Undertow, but I bought Omega5 instead. So this ain't too bad of a freebie.

I like that game, but I'm super-pissed because I purchased it right when it launched, just as I purchased Carcasonne prior to them giving that one away. I'm afraid to buy anything else from them.

They should allow people that have already bought these free games to choose from another one. It's only fair!

Cool, I haven't really played much XBLA games lately because of Guitar Hero and Mass Effect. Undertow looks neat.
