Deus Ex: Human Revolution

That was my point. Other than the Wii U version, it feels more like something that should be a patch, and it seemed more like it was being treated like a new game release.
Although, it looks like I'll be able to get it for $5 at launch, since I own the original on the PC as well as the DLC:

I've already put something like 12 hours into the Director's Cut, but I haven't gotten to the first change yet. From what I've seen so far I'm guessing that the boss battles are indeed the main change. I've been playing with the commentary, which has been kind of interesting. It's not playing the entire time - just every once in a while you'll get a prompt to hit F for commentary. Sometimes it's incredibly hard to trigger, though - like you need to be in one exact spot.
New Game + is a nice feature, but I think it's going to be quite a while before I want to replay it. This is already my third time through the game.

Decided to give the director's cut a shot. Hopefully I'll actually be compelled to finish the game this time around.
Oh, Miracle Of Sound released a re-recorded version of The New Black Gold to go along with the DC of the game:

Aww, I was going to see if you could check out the Vita features. The hacking seems like it was made for a touchscreen. My only complaint is that the sides of the hud are still visible during hacking and that extra space would be nice. I imagine it is the same on Vita.

I've still been listening to the commentary and was just thinking about the term "Director's Cut". During the commentary, they're constantly talking about all the stuff they had to cut from the game, but none of that has been finished or restored, which is normally the point of a director's cut. The main changes are the boss battles and the Wii U stuff, neither of which were the "director's" original intention.
It's still fun, but that's a little odd. I would love to see a version of the game with everything they intended added back in, like Upper Hengsha. Obviously, that won't ever happen, unless the code for it is hidden away in the actual game somewhere and could be added back in later, like the fan patches for Vampire: Bloodlines. It doesn't sound like most of it was anywhere near close enough to finished for that, though.
