XBox Live Unplugged is $8 at Amazon today. Great deal. Comes with Geometry Wars ($5 anyway), plus Texas Hold Em, Wik, Bejeweled 2, Outpost Kaloki, and Backgammon, which would run you about $20 on the arcade.
You do have to use the disk to play them (you can't download them, or install them), but for $8...

*edit - they don't expire until the end of June.

Got mine now as well. I've been on Live since 8/03, so not quite five years yet, but this is my fifth year. Guess that was the qualification they were looking for.

Going off memory(which could be wrong)
Texas Hold'em: $10
Geo. Wars: $5
Bejeweled 2: $10
Backgammon: $5
Wik: $5
Outpost Koloki: $5
Geometry Wars is obviously the seller here, but Wik is a wonderful game. Very underrated.

Their Damage Control Department must already be on holiday.

Uch, my 360 just gave me 3 red rings. I shut it down and now it's working, although I expect it to freeze on me and then give me the rings again any minute now. I've had mine since launch.
Edit: Now it's freezing but will still start up fine when I shut it down and turn it back on. Will Microsoft replace it if it's constantly freezing but not giving me the rings? At this point, shouldn't they replace every console manufactured with the faulty heat sink anyway?

Yep. There is absolutely no substance there. I'm sure it hurts to see something you've spent a year or two on developing get trashed, but coming out with the "this is the game, deal with it" attitude doesn't exactly help your case. They've had a helluva record with four top notch games back to back without a stinker. That is hard to do these days. So Paradise is potentially a dud, listen to your audience and get your franchise back on track for the next game.

The demo hurt this franchise more than it helped. I cancelled my preorder based on it.

eatntae's Xbox 360
Born 10/31/2005
Died 12/22/2007
Tried to turn it on this morning, and it went straight to the red lights. It didn't even freeze prior to its death. I guess it died peacefully in its sleep. I tried to register the repair online, but it I kept getting an error when I entered my serial number. Wound up calling 18004MYXBOX and my coffin should be arriving next week.
On the bright side, my friends are addicted to Rock Band, so they'll probably end up just bringing their 360s to my house whenever we want to get together and play, so I won't totally miss out on it.

Ok, I turned it on this morning and it went straight to the red rings. My coffin is also on its way. I was so proud of having a launch console that hadn't failed. Still, at least it crapped out while under warranty.

Honestly, it doesn't bother me. I'm going to get a new system with the proper heat sink. I've got a PS3, which plays all my Blu-rays, a Wii, an HD DVD player, a DS, a PSP, and a PC. If I can't find something to fill my time while my 360 is being repaired, I should be shot.
