OK, I just finished the single player campaign. Can someone explain something about the ending (two somethings, actually):
Oh, and a big thumbs down to Bungie for putting the ending after a long credits sequence and setting it up so that if you accidentally hit a button during the credits, you get dumped back to the main menu with no way to see the ending.
I know I'm the only person in the universe who's more into Halo single-player than Halo multiplayer, but if you're going to include a single-player campaign on the game, do it right.

Yeah, we actually didn't get to see the ending after the credits either as someone pushed a button. Had to go online to see what happened.

So, I know about the first day reports of Halo selling $170 million. Any new total sales numbers since it went on sale and if it helped moved more Xbox 360s?

Could be. I haven't taken the time to add up the number of people online in the different matchmaking modes. But it does tell you the number of players in each game type and those numbers are huge as well in the more popular ones.

Finished the campaign last night. I did a little more than half on Legendary (up to the Ark), and finished up on Normal. I wanted to get through the story and focused on finding skulls and terminals.
Speaking of, I found all the terminals and didn't get the achievement for it. What gives? Do you have to wait until the screen turns red?

I am one terminal away, but from what i understand, you have to hit A (usually about 3 times), then let the screen turn red, THEN it moves and you have to go through another about 3 pages of yellow text, then exit out.
