For those having trouble getting the update and downloading, try clearing the cache on your HDD. Worked for me! Wheeee!

FYi - they extended the Beta until June 10.

That didn't help. It still stops downloading immediately and says "Cannot download this item."

Has anyone been able to navigate AWAY from the download and have it continue? That's when it stops for me...whenever I take it off of the downloading screen to check my friends list.

Actually, don't do that. Just leave it alone. Check your friend's list at xbox.com
For some reason when dl'ing anything from within a game disk, "going back" cancels. This isn't the case when dl'ing from the marketplace |
