Joystiq errr.. xbox 360 fanboy is reporting (via avsforum or something) that the HD DVD player is getting it's own update today. Sweet!

The add-on update is available now. It does fix the audio issues.

I'd rather they fix the video playback problems that were introduced with the Spring Update.

Mine came via UPS. I'd guess that everybody else's would also.

Check the HD Talk section of the forum. I believe the update addressed the video issues as well.

anyone pick up Aegis Wing? not a bad little side-scroller game .. Kinda reminds me of the games I used to play as a kid where you had to zip around avoiding the enemy fire "dots" as you tried to get them. Graphics are nice, and the music is cool as well. Definately worth the points - oh wait, it was free - get it!

Got my game and T-shirt yesterday in the mail. Anyone try and exchange the game yet somewhere for something else? It appears to be exactly what they would sell at retail. I would only wonder if a security tag might be in it that would go off when walking into a store Personally if I could I would just want to get Tetris Evolution.

Well.....my Old Spice shirt and Fuzion Frenzy 2 game just arrived. Screw the whole Crackdown/Halo 3 debacle. I'll be playing this all day now.

Mine just arrived as well. The shirt's an XL, which is quite large on me. I'm going to wash it in hot water and see if it shrinks any. It's cheesy as hell, and makes no mention of the contest, but I'll wear it proudly anyways. Most of the people I work with will know what it's about.

Just got mine also, but my shirt is a large and red. I would have figured they would have sent out only 1 size. I guess I will try out the game later.

My shirt is white with red text. I thought about wearing it to work, but even after washing it in hot water, the XL is still too big for me. They should've totally allowed you to request a size on these things. I want to proudly wear it to show my godlike nerdpowers, but I don't want to look like a total slob in doing so.

wow After the update I got the 3 red lights, I did everything and nothing would work, I almost sent it in and out no where It worked. didnt work since they updated. I called xbox and was almost about to send it in.

Whats up with that?


edit: nevermind, I turned it off and turned it back on and got the red lights

edit again: unpluged the Ethernet cable and turned it on and it worked fine.

i still get the red light but after a few times i get it working

got to play the Forza 2 demo, game is alright, graphics are a let down, not much different then the xbox game, the textures are pretty week, cars look so so and damage is pretty much a joke in the demo. Doesnt look like a next gen game.

Any good deals anywhere on a new 360? The brother-in-law wants one. I see the new super-duper-special black edition is $480 some places - just $80 more than a Premium. Is it worth the extra $80? Are there even any left?
