Why 4.0? Cause I was too lazy to click back and see that it could be 3.4.

Now that I have no valid reason to upgrade to the Elite, I have a question about the Datel XPort for the 360 for anyone who actually has one and has tested it out....

Currently the only supported method for putting any media on the harddrive is to place an audio CD in the 360's drive and rip it.

With the XPort, is it possible to directly copy .mp3, .wma, .jpg, and .wmv files to the harddrive and have them play on the 360?

But it's a Sticky, so it's going to be at the top, regardless. So, unless we have so many Stickies that this gets bumped to the next page, I don't know how you could miss it.

So...anyone else download the Marvel Ultimate Pack? I did. I love 'em! Venom is pretty badass as is Magneto. Sabretooth regains his health and is super quick. Hawkeye is damn near useless. They effed up Cyclops. His powers suck hard and he looks like a teenager. The Hulk is pretty well done too. Dr. Doom is cool but not that powerful.

I picked up an Elite on Sunday, and Gears of War. This game is amazing. I've finished the first chapter on it.

I also picked up Tomb Raider: Legends from Toys R' Us for $20, but I haven't played it yet.

I just have to wait for my copy of Dead Rising and the wireless internet connector to come in from Amazon.

I was looking at some games to check out, and I defiantly want to check out Condemned and Ghost Recon.

Has anyone played Earth Defense Force 2017? It looked interesting.

I didn't like GRAW(not my type of game) or know anything about Earth Defense Force, but you definitely have four solid other choices that you can't go wrong with.

It looks like 4 new GOW maps will be released this Thursday for 800 points or they will be free after September 3. I guess it's not too bad of a price and at least they will offer it for free in a few months. I would love to hold off but I am sure most DVDTalkers who play Gears will be picking these up so peer pressure will make me get them too.

Bullet Marsh: In this Kryll-infested swamp, an old generator still powers the area lights. A few stray bullets could easily knock out the generator, leaving combatants to fend for themselves against the Kryll.

Garden: This overgrown and crumbling conservatory still has a working fertilization and pesticide system. This system can pose a serious hazard to anyone who ventures into the greenhouse without first venting the air.

Process: Teams must fight for control of this subterranean Imulsion processing plant, still active despite the cessation of the Pendulum wars.

Subway: Timgad's Central Subway station used to serve as a central hub for commuters. Now the tunnels are crawling with Locust.

You can grab the pack this Thursday for 800 points or wait until Sept. 3, 2007 when all four maps will be available for free.

Hrm, that Kryll one sounds sweet. I'm not sure if i will pick them up immediately though. With Catan dropping, the Halo beta, and Chromehounds taking over all my game time i may try to hold off until they are free. Especially if Shadowrun is any good in June.

I'll be the first to say that I have no problem with the 800 points to add a bit more variety to our GOW games. I'll surely have them on Thursday evening. so long as everyone else agrees to get them of course :)
