I don't consider it a bother but if everything else were exactly the same, I'd opt for the version on a single disc just for the convenience.

Remember when PC games started to transition from CD to DVD and there were a few games that you could pick? I think Wing Commander IV was one of the first. Was there a premium for that?

It's 4 discs. Is it a deal-breaker? Absolutely not. Is a single-disc game with better graphics preferable to one with multiple discs and Achievements? To me, yes.

I was there picking up a prescription for my mom. I never buy games from them because they charge nigh $70 for new games. Rather ballsy when a Play 'N' Trade and a Gamestop are in the same mall and charge $10 or $12 less.

Same here. Using the ten dollar credit for the Dragon Age expansion. I won't need another videogame for quite a bit hopefully.

So what do you guys think, FFXIII or GoWIII? I'm using credit, so I'm not worried about the cost. I loved both God of War games and Final Fantasy VII (haven't played one since).

GOWIII. Beat it in 10+ hours, trade it in if you like towards FFXIII.

This is going to be the first FF game I've skipped since the very first one on the NES (and not counting the FF-mmo). The series peaked with #6 and has had diminishing returns since.
