I got the game (which cost me $3.75) and I think it will make a for a fun platformer. It has the potential of being very frustrating though. We'll see.

Here's a good video demonstration the game:

I figured I'd download the demo first thing after work, but I just noticed they had Gauntlet arcade, which I could easily con my fiancee into playing. I'd basically have to pay retail for the points, so I'm not sure I'd do it, unless I'm absolutely taken with this game.

Tenchu is on the new OXM? Does this mean the game is coming to the US? The demo has actually been out on the Japanese Marketplace for 4-5 months, but there has never been any official word on whether it would be released in any other territory other than Japan.
I downloaded the Japanese version of the demo back when it came out. I was very underwhelmed. Granted, I never played any of the previous Tenchu games, but the graphics and gameplay in the demo were very substandard. I thought I was playing a PS1 game with clunky controls and ugly graphics. I got to the boss, died twice against him, and deleted the demo and never looked back.
Isn't the game already final? I thought it came out in Japan last month? The only thing they would have to do is translate the text for release in other territories.

I was just thinking about that last night (new ninja gaiden). I think the first installment EASILY pushed the boundaries of a 1p adventure/action game, I can only hope the next installment raises the bar even more.
After playing the new Zelda, I still don't think its 1/2 as good as ninja gaiden

yes, it is a surprise, considering it came out about 3 years ago (ninja gaiden), i expected to be blown away with the new Zelda. The graphics weren't as good as the xbox, the combat wasn't nearly as in-depth, nor could Link's moves compare to Ryu's (like running across walls, having multiple weapons with it's own set of moves)
Ninja Gaiden also had a steeper learning curve, which I find more appealing as well

Haha comparing Ninja Gaiden to Zelda is almost as bad as comparing Gran Turismo to Final Fantasy.

Even though Zelda and Ninja Gaiden are both classified as "action adventure" they are very very different. Zelda emphasizes adventure and exploring every nook and cranny to find every hidden thing. Ninja Gaiden emphasizes pure action and kicking ass.
Plus, Nintendo games are intentionally easy because they are supposed to be kid-friendly. Having a hundred sword combos and a steep learning curve would be a major turnoff in a Nintendo game.

and they are both 1 player, action adventure games. Thats hardly like comparing a realistic driving sim, and an RPG

about your IP settings
go to the RUN function, under your windows start menu
type in "cmd" and press run
it will bring up a dos screen. Type "ip config /all" and it will give all the details of your internet settings (DNS servers, mask, IP address, the whole 9)
about the router, I would go directly to Linksys's website and download the newest installation program. It will probably require an update as well

Personally I want Link to move like one of the monkeys in Monkey Ball.
Wanting him to behave like Ryu in Ninja Gaiden though was a funny enough image to keep me entertained the rest of the afternoon.
