Many times it doesn't work as well as the controls aren't that precise and some times it changes the game to much (i.e. Sonic being on Rails and you doing nothing but steering, jumping and attacking).
I like it when they put some motion controls in for some moves were it makes sense and makes the game more fun/immerisive--just like swinging the remote like a sword to do the same in Zelda.
Stuff like sonic, or drawing hearts to do tricks in SSX is just lame and feels forced as the motion control doesn't make intuitive sense for the game design. It's just a way to show of the new controller.
Basically the game is designed around the controller, rather than the game is just designed as it should be and the controller brought in where appropriate.

I've played Sonic, no desire to play SSX. I can tell I won't like the control set up in that, and I was never a fan of the series to begin with.
And yes, I like to post my opinions over and over. So put me on ignore if you don't like my posting style.

Sure.
Anyone else let down by this years current DS release list.

Zelda is the only must buy in there for me, and really not much else I'm even curious about. But of course their are several games I've not heard of that could end up being good.
But in all, a bit underwhelming after the series of kick ass games the past 18 months or so.

I ended up picking up both Castlevanias from Amazon today. I figure i'll like them both.
I agree Josh, Zelda I will be getting, looks great, but I dunno about anything else.

Thanks Josh. I agree, Zelda looks to be the only must have for me.
That Wario Master of Disguise game looks pretty interesting as Wario has quickly become my favorite "Mario" character.
Uno would only be fun if you could play others online through Wifi.
Konami Classics Series could be good if I didn't already own the GBA version.
Theme Park and Sim City sound interesting. I'd just need to see how they port over from PC using the stylus control.

Apparently their are simple stages and you find treasures, the treasures are minigames you have to beat to move on and then you can play them whenever in another mode.

Unless of course the original hits the VC. Then it will be one more.

Wait... not true, I played about halfway through Circle of the Moon and was less than impressed.
Quick question, is the double pack two cartridges or did they combine them onto one? Just wondering if there was any benefit to the double pack vs. buying seperate.

its 2 games in one, actually, and its MUCH cheaper than trying to locate the actual release
circle of the moon is probably the worst one after Super Castlevania IV. I beat it, but it was definitely the worst one for GBA/DS

honestly, i have/had both, and it was really a non-issue for me
SOTN is good, but I found it much more boring than the GBA/DS games. The castle is so bare and you find yourself jumping around a lot more than actually slashing people.
Good, but overrated methinks

Harmony of Dissonance is probably my favorite. Loved the double castle and the bosses and its the easiest in terms of bosses since, IIRC, you could carry 99 of each potion/item rather than 9.
Probably a con for many, but I hate hard games and hard bosses in particular. For that reason, and the shit graphics, CotM was my least favorite though I still liked it.
My least favorite thing in the whole series is the dumb ass seal drawing in Dawn of Sorrow--talk about a tacked on useless touch screen feature. -rolleye- Still a great game overall though.
