Wow, definitely getting Hotel Dusk, thanks for the scores.
Phoenix Wright 2 for me just seemed a little stale with not being much different from the first (although being able to present profiles does add quite a lot), and I'm not convinced the cases are quite as good as the first. Still haven't finished the final case yet.

Is Devilish much different from the original megadrive version? I notice the DS version is pretty much fully priced around here which seems a bit of a rip off to me.

Looks like Hotel Dusk is the safer bet for adventure game fans that can't get both right away.

Great preview for Lunar Nights as well and that one looks to be another must buy game.

I have preordered Hotel Dusk: Room 215 through Amazon.ca. It was a little steep at $36.99 but chances are that I won't be able to find this game at my local Future Shop, Best Buy and Wal-Mart.

I recently finished Yoshi's Island DS, which I didn't find quite as annoying as some people did. I never had any major issues with the gap between the two screens, since you can use the L button and D-pad to shift the screen up and down to see what's in the gap. It was mildly irritating at times, but never a point of frustration for me. I still have the extra levels to unlock and play, but I'm not really motivated at the moment. Maybe at some point later on I'll try for it.
I also picked up the new Phoenix Wright, which I'm in the middle of right now. Good game - definitely more of the same, which is not a bad thing in this case. I bought the first one when it came out, played through it, and traded it away, and that's probably what I'll do with this one. No replay value, but the games are entertaining enough to justify the price even for just a single playthrough. My pre-order of Hotel Dusk should be arriving later this week, but I need to finish Phoenix Wright before I can delve into another story-heavy game.

Hotel Dusk was the number one selling game currently on Amazon so that is a good thing.
I'm currently on the third case of Phoenix Wright and it is still the same kind of game I loved and tried to sell everyone I knew on the first time around. Not perfect, but once I got back into the flow of how to break down witnesses and when to present evidence I was really finding the hours flying by.
One thing to note on this second version. This is a straight port of the second GBA game with no enhanced DS case like the first port had. For that reason this was a budget title in Japan for around $20. Since we never had the GBA version I guess Capcom felt it was okay to charge $30 in the US. However, even without the extra case and even with the similarity to the first game I still find it worth every penny and I really hope we get a port of the third GBA title before we get the all new DS version which should be awesome.
I have Hotel Dusk ordered at Amazon so hopefully I can finish Phoenix Wright before it arrives. After muddling through the very mediocre Touch Detective its nice to play quality text adventure games again.

I had a hard time getting into the first Phoenix Wright, but managed to finish it.
I'll probably pass on the 2nd though.
I'm tempted to check out Hotel Dusk, but I'll probably wait until some here have played it and can tell me if it's worth buying for someone who was a bit bored with Phoenix Wright. I'm just not sure these text adventures are my cup of tea.

If Hote Dusk stays away from those I may be more interested.

I had a $10 certificate for Amazon from one of their botched deals in the past, so I bit the bullet and ordered Hotel Dusk, not bad for $20 shipped free.

I picked up Hotel Dusk and Clubhouse Games yesterday. I'm planning to start Hotel Dusk on the weekend.

Where are people finding Hotel Dusk in B&M? I can only seem to find it online. Partial to BB for the GGC and RZ coupons, but open to anywhere if I can actually find it. BB.com shows a 1/29 release, though

Saw on CAG that you can get Hotel Dusk for around $23 shipped from Buy.com with the $10 google checkout deal.
Of course you can only use that deal if you are new to google checkout.
I still can't justify pulling the trigger as I want to get through my back log and would probably end up bored with this like with Phoenix Wright anyway.

But it turned out to be a blessing as they want $35 for it. I came home and ordered from Amazon for $30 and had a $10 GC to throw at it as well, should be here by Friday.
