seriously though man...

next time you mix electronics and water, don't turn it on for a few days and remove the battery.

it will be hard to not check it's progress, but even if its a small amount of condensation left inside the unit, turning it on can really fry its 'innards'

... for next time anyway

Jumpin' Jack Flash is crazy. It's got a good rhythm that's easy to follow, but it has a crazy amount of beats and if you get off-beat in the middle of combo you can easily tank the whole song in about a second. I finally beat it yesterday, but it took me way too many tries. I'm playing through on Sweatin' now.

I still cannot find Survivor. I have looked on the 2 and 3 star and it isn't there. Do I have to beat it on 1-star to unlock it or something?

I don't get that at all. The DS Lite is a very nice size. I'm a big guy with thick glasses, and I have no problems with the thing at all. While I wouldn't really want it smaller, I don't think I'd want the Lite to be any bigger.

Anybody play the Star Trek game yet? Is it any good? It looks intruiging and supposedley the one for the XBox 360 is decent enough.

Availability is very limited, but we're not talking anything crazy like being sold out for an hour. Of course, I live in a small/medium sized city. If she lives in the sticks (where I come from myself), I can imagine it. There are surely places to go for them online, though.

Even if this is true they will still be the same resolution so the increased size is pretty meaningless.

When I was out today doing some Christmas shopping, I saw a PS3 but every store I went to was sold out of DS's (and several were sold out of GBA's) and I saw a few people asking for them. It's going to be a big Christmas for Nintendo.

You should have bought some pink ones. They're still selling for about $175-200 on Ebay.

Did a quick glance and yeah, they seem to be around 160+. Good thing i'm not an Ebay whore though I didn't realize they were that hard to find for people... of course the stores around me seem to be fairly high volume and have often gotten large quantities of consoles.

You might be thinking of September because after going through gamefaq's to find out why I hadn't unlocked it yet, it states that you have to earn the ranking of Legendary Agent which is the ninth level. So that is definitely not early on.

I picked up two of them today and put them on eBay to see what happens. I won't lose money on it (they were $123.50 on sale and with tax and listing fees, that $6 I saved will be easy to get back).

Now to sit back and wait.

So what the hell is up with Zelda getting pushed back? That was the main reason I picked my lite up back in June. Damn.
