They have it in this week's ad for $49.99, on one of the last few pages with the other games. The one from last week was on the first page mid page below the fold, after you removed the 2 page loss-leader sheet; or the second page that was oriented vertically on the page.
I got the price match at BB, plus I used my RZ card and an old $10 GC I have had since xmas, made it only $38 w/ tax, SWEET! Now I just need my 360 back from MS (hopefully today) and some time to spend with this and GR:AW.

I think i've broken like 50 lockpicks of the 100 i have taken and haven't made it to the last section yet.

After that, you have to "feed" every few days or you begin to look very "vampiry" and people won't have anything to do with you. Also, if you are a full on vampire (haven't fed), going out in the sun will kill you.

Perform the quest that she gives you, which takes about 10 minutes if done correctly. As a reward, you now have the unbreakable lockpick. You will never have to find or buy lockpicks ever again. It also boosts your Security skill by 40 points.

I broke about 60 of the 100 I bought after joining the thieves guild.
My security skill is 26, though.
But an unbreakable lock pick. Nice.

I bought a house. I can't see too many cons, except that the price can be high, esp in certain cities.
And you have to furnish it before you get things like chest and cupboards to put things in.
But, once you have a house, you can store items securly. It is a nice place to stash items that you find, but don't want to use or have to carry around all the time because you want to hold on to them.

I bought the house in Bravil. You'll eventually need somewhere to store your stuff so it's either that, kill someone and take their house, or I also believe that you can obtain houses through different guilds.

Make potions. That's the best way to get money. As your alchemy goes up the potions you make are worth more and can be sold for a good amount of money.
The house in the Imperial City is the least expensive and cost 2000 before you furnish it inside.
