That would be me, I'm so sorry. Yours was the first (and probably last) town that I have visited. I went to Toms to cash in some turnips and grabbed some fruit on the way out. Asking would have been the right thing to do but I was like a kid in a candy store. If I offended I'm sorry

Thank you all for coming to my town. I am glad I was able to help people out. If we help each other like that then we should get pretty far in life. Well, animal crossing life anyways.
And a big gracious thank you to all who left gifts. It was a welcome surprise.
I hope that everyone was able to come and sell their turnips who needed to. Until next time.

I want to say thanks again to tanman for sharing his town and his WONDERFUL turnip prices. I was able to pay off the left side of the house, have Nook build the right side, and pay that off in one day. He is going to build another addition to my house, and I still have 800k in the bank to pay for that addition. After putting 1 million in the bank, the town hall sent me a box of tissues in the mail. (Great gift for having $1 mil in the bank, let me tell you....)
I will definitely try and work on getting my catalog full, since I really dont need to fish or pick fruit for $$ for a while.

Quick ?
I'm trying to figure out which trees are not producing fruit so I can axe them. I've been shaing the fruit trees and not picking up the fruit so I can better keep track of which is which. So will a tree continue to make fruit when you havenn't picked up the last batch????
Hope that makes sense
Thanks

I've been marking them with the arrow pattern in front of them (stole the idea from sdcrym). But I've almost replaced all my trees with fruit so I'm thinking of cleaning up my town by getting rid of them. You might have to wait a few days.

I do have some patterns on the ground, but they're for breaking the town into a 4x4 grid of 16x16 spaces each, kind of like the GCN Animal Crossing game. It makes it easier to keep track of trees I've shaken and rocks I've hit. Eventually I'll use it to distribute the trees evenly to get a perfect town.

that sounds pretty cool!
Spoon, You open up your options, go to the Pen icon (3rd from the left I think), and then you choose the arrow icon and drag it into the far right icon which is the one for setting a pattern on the actual ground below you. If you need more help I'll try to be more descriptive, its a little hard to explain.
Well I just spent 80,000 on 800 turnips today because I missed out last week. If anyone has a good price let us know!
