BTW, for those in the "staulk" market: Turnip prices change twice a day. Theres a morning price (before noon) and an evening price (after noon). I discovered this when I check in on Nooks before work and he was buying for 60-something but when I got home that night the price was 50-something.

ya, I plan on spening 100k on the market tomorrow when it opens. I really need to make $$ on them.

Do you have to plant the turnips, or can you sell them anytime before they spoil?

Anybody have a decent price for turnips? Mine are selling for 93, so it's not too much of a loss, but I'd rather make a profit, obviously.

I sold my white turnips for 193 a piece on Thursday. Sold my red turnip that I had plant for a week for 16,000 today.

I couldn't get mine out of the ground. No matter what I did, nothing would happen.

I think I won the fishing tourney but I'll check in later. I caught a Tuna that was almost 87 inches. The leader before that was only 46 inches.

Today has been a banner day for balloons!!! I have already shot down 6 since 8 this morning! A couple more and I'll have the golden slingshot!

I forgot today was the Tournament. I have to go to work in a few and I sure hope that I get out on time so I can come home and try to fish. I tried real quick to catch some things but they were all far too small. I caught one pretty good sized sea bass but I'll save him for later tonight. I'll stock up on big fish and size em up closer to the end of the contest.

I got a lot of ballons too. I had to use the shovel to get the turnip out. Someone in my town caught a tuna that was 105.3 inches. I don't know how I'm going to top that.

Ah cool! I will dig it out later today.

Only one more hour left and I am still in the lead in the Tourney! Fingers crossed!

Busting the balloons is fun but making you run all the way to the top of the screen to do it gets kind of annoying.

I FINALLY caught a mole cricket today! I am still having no luck catching bees though. It seemed so much easier in the GC version.

THAT TOTALLY SUCKS!!!

I spent the entire tourney being ahead of it, until about 5:30, thinking that I had it wrapped up, I sold the tuna that I had in my pocket. Well, I caught another tuna 10 minutes before the end of the tourney and I think that I won. I am not sure though.

I am opening my town now, I just figured that no one was traveling during the tourney.

Can someone PLEASE give me red or chic furnature so I can shut up these damn neighbors.

I happened to catch a fish right before I left for work so I took it to the mayor. It was the biggest one so far and he gave me some kind of gift.....but I just got home and there is no notice about who won. Will I get a notice in the mail tomorrow or is no new bad news? I forget how they did it in the GC version.
