Hello, fellow Animal Crossers!

Well, I've been playing for almost two weeks now, and I've got my town - Orgasm! - fairly well established now. My house is on it's second expansion, today at 8am my Nook's will be a Nookington's Department Store (the final expansion) and I have five fruits : Oranges (native), Peaches, Apples, Pears, AND Coconuts. I've got plenty of trees for each fruit except the Cocunuts, which I have three planted - One fully grown and producing the coconuts.

I got my second HRA evaluation and I received a score of 19,130 points! My first one was 9,573. I think the fact that I have a Lucky Cat (Maneki Neko) helped raise my score tremendously, since according to the Strategy Guide it's one of the rare lucky items that the HRA loves or something like that.


Now, I need a favor from one of you. I really want to have every single fruit growing in my town. I have all of them except for Cherries. I would be very grateful if somebody with Cherries could either come visit my town or allow me to visit their town to get the fruit. (I'm bolding the word Cherries in the hopes someone with them notices this post.) I don't care which way it works out, but if you do come to my town you can get every other fruit that there is. I can't promise the coconuts since I don't have many trees of it, but I can always save one or two for you if you help me out.


So, if you have Cherries and can help me out with this, please post here and we'll work something out.

OK, when you visit someone's town. Here is what I recommend that all of us do. Take everything that you have in your house, a few items at a time. Let the other(s) pick it up and put it right back down. As soon as an item comes into your possession, it gets added to your catalog to be purchased later if desired. For players like Scott and I who would like to have a complete set/catalog, it makes it much easier if we can share our catalog items. I have a full house, storage that I would share, if someone would let me go their town and do the same.

I wanted to ask how do you catch a insect ? because I can't find any...and I am a horrible fisher.

What a great first visit I had from warswift.

A golden shovel, a ton of oranges and enough cash to pay off my first loan. You rock!

I am going to fish like mad and let you know what I come up with.

I can help with a couple. The easiest is a fly. Put some trash, (boot, tire, can) near water and come back in a minute.

Mole cricket is pretty easy to catch in the morning and at night. Make sure that your sound is up on your DS. When you hear a chirping sound, start digging, it will be there.

Cockroaches you sometimes see on trees, you just have to go up to them really slow to catch.

Bees are the same to catch as in the GC mode, but I havent caught one yet, still difficult.

dung beetles you can sometimes see on the little snowballs around your town. I have seen only one, and didnt have my net on me to catch it.

I heard ants are near rotten turnips, not sure though.

I've only ever caught a dung beetle and a bee. The bee was just from trying over and over again.

I had no idea that the mole cricket lived in the ground until the other day. Should make catching the bastard a bit easier now that I know where he lives. I've seen a few other critters around but never had enough luck, or patience, to catch one.

My town is open right now if people want to come visit. Stung three more times without catching a bee.

I'm going to try to meet up with you guys today but I still have a lot of things to do. Maybe later tonight.

To catch a bee try to equip your net, let the bees swarm you and push the A button right after you exit out of the menu. It isn't fool proof but I have caught about 5 or so using this method.

I've always wanted to visit Orgasm! lol Actually I noticed you had visited my town, Whogirl, while I was away from my DS (incidentally someone from Erotic visited on the same night I was gone, imagine that...), I usually open up my town every evening when I get back from work and leave it open for a couple of hours (though yesterday I was in Pennsylvania so I couldn't play, missed the fishing tourny too argh).

I need to bring this baby cat too Boomtown gimmepilotwings, I feel so sad it keeps crying.

turnips at 71 right now, hopefully when I get back in the evening it'll be better.

tried that about 20 times. I know know what it is, because I can push the button pretty fast..... I dont even think my net swings.
