One came with my Costco prepackaged xbox, but I haven't used it much as the cord is too short. I'm about 17 feet from my screen and the cord is only about 12 ft or so. Kind of irritating really.

I should just keep it connected and swap out it out with the rechargeable batteries I'm currently using. Right now I have a set of duracells in my second controller (that almost never gets used) and just swap those out when I need to charge the batteries in the controller I'm using.

I plug mine into the laptop next to me when it needs to be charged. Then i don't neet to run the cable acroos the room.

I wish there was some sort of XP drive that would recognize the controller so I can monitor the charge.

I'm not sure I understand your point, but I just noticed the other day that if you click the guide button on your controller, when the my xbox screen pops up it shows your controller's current charge level in the top left corner.

Yes, the 360 has a battery monitor...but it's not that accurate, but decent enough.

So, the KAmeo Co-Op downloads are in the Marketplace? I thought it was just a rumor....interesting. I may have to finish the game finally.

Apparently it was either an april fools joke(even though it was posted on the 31st) or:

Came from Xbox360news. To sum it up: "The Info was sent to me from Microsoft Norway, so the only explanation I have is that Microsoft here in Norway sent out this press release a bit early, which means it should be available soon."
Sorry. No patch yet.

Recharge it when you're not playing. I think it recharges for a while after you shut down the 360.

Heh. I should have thought of that as I just bought one of these for a printer here at work.

Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the suggestion, too, Bus. The problem with that is that I never know when I'm going to need it, and I don't like the look of having it plugged in all the time.

It does, but something keeps the fan running while the controller is connected and charging.

Best Buy has a coupon book in-store that has a lot of $5 coupons for various 360 games and a few other things....some decent deals.

Did the Tomb Raider demo finally show up? As of around 11pm EST last night I didn't see it, just the two trailers.

Looking forward to the demo.

The one trailer I watched was really nice. I enjoyed the first couple games, but the last ones I didn't care for.

Hopefully this one will be in the likeable column.

Played the PC Demo, seems like Tomb Raider is at least mildly back on track .

Has anyone played the TimeShift Demo from OXM? I tried it last night the game may prove to be fun, The weapons were certainly interesting; it felt sort of like Unreal with the ability to morph time.

After finally realizing how to get out of the subway I had a pretty good time with the game. Nothing blew me away about the game and that is what it takes these days for me to drop 59.99 for a new game. This is a rental.

I was too sick yesterday to post a thread about the contents of the new OXM like I normally try to. It's a pretty freaking weak issue like most these days so I didn't bother posting the thread today because I'd hate to bring all the subscribers down again.

I'd say about that long as well. It was very sad gaming moment for me.

Dammit, just played the Tomb Raider demo, and have to say, I'm bummed theres few games out that have completely smooth framerates and lack graphical glitches, was hoping the 360 would bring that, but alas.. nope.

My wife loved the Tomb Raider demo but the whole time she was playing I wanted to rip it out of her hands. I lover her dearly but she moves at such a slooooow pace while gaming. I told her that she should play more when I'm at work so she can relax and move at the speed she is comfortable with.

So now that the Kameo patch is finally out I need to remember who the heck I added to my list ages ago so we could finish the co-op levels if/when the patch was released. I can't believe I actually held onto the game for this long because I've been tempted to trade it in countless times.
