Has anybody seen the Lamborghini yet? Holy cow, that thing looks neat. I tracked to jack it, but I wasn't fast enough.

The Infernus? Yeah, I had a couple in my garage, along with 3 Banshees and a Yakuza Stinger. Then something glitched and I lost everything but the Banshees.

Thanks for the tip regarding the fire truck and the laundry trucks. I keep forgetting that this game offers so many ways to complete a task! And that's just another great part of this great game--the creativity you have in completing missions.

My wife was driving around (she likes to drive around and crash into things, vs. the missions which are a little too intense for her )and wandered into Chinatown, then promptly freaked as the Triads unloaded gunfire at her and started running for her car. She panicked and yelled "Why are they mad, I didn't do anything?" I said "I think they're a little upset by that little flamethrower mission a while back..."

Here is my tip for Turismo, do the course once, doesn't matter if you win or loose. Learn the track is the most important part. Then, steal a few cars and set them up so they form a road block (two cars thick should do it). Let your racing challengers go ahead of you, they will all get stuck at the road block you created, if they don't blow themselves up. Get out of the car and throw a grenade or cocktail at them, once they are all gone you are in 1st place. Make your way over the road block you made and steal a car and complete the race at your leasure. it's not "cheating", it's just ingenuity.

LOL thank you, thank you. I have figured out a few different "easy" ways through some of these missions. There is another racing mission on Staunton Island that can also be won with the same technique.

This is nuts!!! Check this out: I walked into a gas station and blew away the clerk, stole all the money, the police came and I ran over them with my car. Then I drove over to Wal-Mart (tough to find but it's there) and shot up the store! HAHAHA!

Dude that is a good idea. I love the fact that you don't have to follow the basic video game rules with this game. Like the mission with Curly Bob
Spoiler:
If you jack a cab, you can actually pick him up
. I also love the fact that freaking everything is searchable. If you can't get to something, knock down the fence, or steal the truck to the place that works there. One guy on gamefaqs actually posted a screen cap from a hidden area that had a sign that read "You weren't supposed to be able to get here, you know". That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about. Some people say that a good game with have 10 hours of value to it. I've played this game 10 hours in about 4 days and am like 7 percent done. Unbelievable.

LOL tyglo, I didn't think of that for the Bob mission. I have a tip for the first mission for Asuka but don't know how to type in spoilers so I won't do it here. That first Asuka mission took me a few tries till i thought of an easy way how to do it. There is almost a loop hole for every mission in the game that will make it easier, tho there are a few missions that don't know how the heck to do to make it easier.

todd

PS. I think you may have stolen some of the "spank" from the cartell Gallant, cause i believe the only store you can walk into is the ammu nation :-\

Well let's try the spoiler, when you do the first mission for Asuka...

Spoiler:
You have to assassinate Salvatore, forget going to Luigi's like they say you should, just go to his house, park both of the cars at the house infront of the garage next to the stairs. That makes it so he can't get into his garage and end the mission. Then when he's stuck just toss a grenade. BOOM

So I go to the paramedic's ambulence, throw out the driver and car-jack the ambulance and speed off in it before the police arrive - 'tho I end up driving off a bridge and killing myself.

This doesn't always work, but if you correctly approach hookers, they'll get into your car and then if you drive into a secluded alley and park you'll see your car a-rockin'. If you keep goin' at it you can fill up your health! But for each 2 points of healt you gain, you'll lose a dollar - but it's worth it.

This is all just the tip of the iceburg from this incredibly deep and fun game.
so you do not lose money from the hooker when she gets out of the car you get out to beat her to death and you get your money back sometimes more

Hey All this is a great ****ing game and I have a little piece of advice so you guys do not suffer the same fate I did Make sure you complete all of the Missions for joey, and toni and Luigi, before you finish salvatores cause otherwise you miss on on getting to complete them. I did not finish joeys and had to go back almost ten hours in the game to make it up it completly sucked.
This game is hardcore!!!!!!!

You got the first part right, but the end needs a finish sign {/spoiler}, except with the []brackets

On a side note, does anyone know where the import/export garage is? I can't find it, I know it is in the Port, but I've looked for like 30 minutes, and I still don't know where it is.

Also, on the first island, in the "Farewell, "Chunky" Lee Chong" mission, the target will run for a getaway car, but you can blow the car up before you trigger him to run away, and then he will run in a straight line, right over a cliff, and die. It makes that mission a lot easier.

And on the first mission on the second island, you can run around chasing your target like a nut, or you can tag him between the eyes with the sniper rifle from on top of a building, right at the beginning.

LMAO-Check this out

I got a little pissed cuz I couldn't beat Turismo (I did try everything, including cheating). Well anyway I was messing around with the jump car code and I went to the area near the garage, jumped a fence and apparently landed somewhere where I wasn't supposed to, cuz there was no way out and my car blew up when it landed upside down . So here I am stuck with no way out and I decided to have a little fun. I put on the full armor, health, weapons code, as well as the raise wanted level code (it goes to level 4). Well I put it in and nothng happened, then all of a sudden there must have been 20 cop cars ramming the fences all around me. One of them actually made it over the fence, but I accidentally blew it up. The only way I could even get hit is from the helicopter above me. Then it started to glitch a little and all the cops put their guns (and arms) through the walls, but didn't fire. I keep lighting them all on fire with my blowtorch.

Yeah, I actually got there last night. I was kinda pissed that there was nothing good there; I was sure it was a hidden package location. I have also managed to walk on the sky in Portland. The newspapers even follow you up there.

This is just off the top of my head, but look for a configuration of buildings kinda like this. The building with the asterisks is the garage.

Where did you set your road block. I tried this, but when we got there - all the cars I had set up were gone

Yes, I tried to do that with the Fire Engine but when I got back it was gone. I won it with a Mafia Sentinel and did the trick where you "tap" one of the cars while blowing by them at full speed to get a head start.

Yeah I couldn't get that to work either. Plus when I got out of the fire engine, the triads kicked my butt bad. I won't tell you how I won it because no one will respect me anymore.

I did the same with the Hummer. It surprisingly went well - it handles better than the sports cars, it's top speed is not bad (horrible acceleration, but with the head start, this is not a problem), and it can take a hit and remain steady - any time the other racers got near me, I just swerved into them and they went tumbling off to the side. After the first 4 or 5 checkpoints, I never saw any of the other racers again.
