Grogu will end up with the darksaber.
He will be the first Mandalorian Jedi in 1,000 years. Tarre Vizsla was of two worlds and so is Grogu. It's a short sword, similar to Yoda's lightsaber, made of both beskar and kyber crystal. In Grogu's hands both the lineage of the Jedi and the Mandolorians will rise again for generations.
That's where all of this is leading.

I guess now we know why they hired that YouTube deepfake guy after the Season 2 Mando finale. That looked a lot better.
Seeing Luke and Ahsoka together... wow. Never thought I'd see that.
I knew Cad Bane would make an appearance at some point during these live-action shows. He looked awesome.

One benefit of living in Hawaii is that this show drops at 10pm so I can watch it at a reasonable time. I suspect Grogu will pick the beskar armor over the lightsaber to get him on the next season of The Mandalorian but I'd be down for a special one off series of Luke training Grogu and building the Jedi temple. The improvement in Luke is amazing, I wonder if they can redo his appearance in Season 2 of Mandalorian? And redo Leia in Rogue One while they're at it.

I think door is really open now to seeing many of our favorite characters appear in the time between ROTJ and TFA. I was stunned how good Luke looked.

I don't remember seeing this in the last episode thread, but I just saw the other X-wing pilot last week was the actor that does the stand in for Luke.
Rosario Dawson has so many crossover episodes. lol
Olyphant looks so good as gunslinger all the time. I wonder if he'll get a hat now like Cad's.
I see they got the same voice actor from Clone Wars for Cad. He looks good.
I wonder how many Mando fans are not watching this series. They're going to be confused.

Wow, a phenomenal episode. Cad Bane reminds me of Lee Van Cleef. In fact, that's who I kept thinking it was due to the fit of the suit and hat.

I've never watched Clone Wars, but I've always loved the look of Cad Bane. LOVE that we are taking this back to being a Western finally.

Incredible improvement on CG Luke. Really enjoying this season of Mandalorian. Oh right. This is still Book of Boba?
I didn't see Max Rebo in the cantina so I'm hoping he had the night off. Unless he was in the can taking a deuce. Dude has the worst luck with gigs that don't end in explosions.

Much better CGI of Luke than what we got from the S2 finale of Mando. So Grogu was present in the Jedi Temple massacre brings a whole new perspective and insight as to who his parents were, perhaps?
I’ll be really down if this the end of Timothy Olyphant and Jennifer Beals characters.
I wish there were two episodes left instead of just one unless the season finale is over an hour…

Even though they didn't use the numbering from The Mandalorian, I wonder if these Disney+ series that take place in the post-ROTJ era are going to be interconnected like that.

Motherfucker. What an episode.
I never watched Clone Wars so I had no idea who this Cad Bane character was even though I assumed he was someone from something. That whole scene reminded me of Eddie from Iron Maiden during the Somewhere In Time era. In fact I’ve had Maiden on the brain since the first episode was called Stanger In A Strange Land.
