I’ll go the other way, BDH episodes have been the weakest ones … until now. I was stunned when I saw her name. Damn good job.
Did anybody else notice the person dancing in “the club” was doing the goofy dance from Knights of the Old Republic?
I wondered how they would make armoire for Grogu … Beskar chain mail!

I think she's been running circles around everyone else... by far the most consistent and confident direction. I'm curious at her level of involvement in these episodes...any writing or strictly direction, etc. She's 3 for 3 imo, she should get a series or film.

This felt less like an episode and more like a movie. There was a lot going on and it kept me engaged for all of it.

She should replace Patty Jenkins and direct Rogue Squadron.

So, they seemed to highlight in dialogue at least once how Beskar stops lightsabers.
With Mando making something out of it for Grogu anyone else think that that gift is what protects him in the Jedi Temple massacre to come?

I will say there was one thing that bothered me ... and this wasn't a director's decision:
Replacing the Razor's Crest with a small, one-man light fighter. I won't even lament that it was a callback to the prequels that was unnecessary; it is a very impractical ship for a bounty hunter. Though I am sure the reason will factor into a future episode when we see (prediction ahead)
.
I did get a kick out of the joke about the Empire not even lasting 30 years.

I get a feeling he isn't going to be a bounter hunter any more. I mean, dude has claim to Mandalor butttt does make for two passengers tough. I think there was a line of dialogue about having more space due to not using to astro-mech droid?

I also like how the Mando's are clearly short on numbers, but kicking people out for helmets

I agree an old N-1 is impractical for bounties, but they did mention Republic era ships like the N-1 and Razorcrest both don’t need to have registration or something like that, which they reinforced in the scene where he gets stopped by “the cops”.
But I think we can also see why they picked it - it has a cute Grogu-sized canopy where the droid port was. Let the merchandising begin!

I see it as having lived in a Winnebago, losing it, and then replacing it with a motorcycle. Just doesn't make sense.

Also, for people of a certain age, doesn't she remind you somewhat of Ruth Buzzi? Would have fit right in on the Holiday Special too...
