Interesting episode getting away from the estate and Pete in the modern world. I guess another ghost will get elevated in his absences? The Shawshank references

Great travel agent episode.

The throple storyline was funny. Usually I don’t find the B-stories all that great (especially with Flower), but this one paid off due to Nancy’s jokes.

Nancy is hilarious. I like their Throuple. 😂

Pete's wife Carol smashing Ghosts all over the Estate is gross and funny.

Interesting about Pete.. I guess dissolving away is much different that being sucked off? Glad he got some and funny that Allegra (Donna) has been on two shows about the afterlife (Upload).
Looking forward to next season with Patience and who might be playing her and how she'll torment Isaac. Great stuff with Chris the stripper and Isaac, too.

Good season finale.

I applaud that they didn’t go through with the wedding, a cliche for sitcoms treading water to have a wedding, baby, etc…

I agree that the Purtian storyline will be something fun to look forward to.

Great Finale. Not going through with the wedding was a bold choice. That ending was wild!

Surprised how good the finale was for the season. The relationship stuff is occasionally funny but it's better when it's just one element in the comedy instead of the main driving force.

I really enjoyed the Ghostfellas episode, well half of it. I still absolutely cannot stand Flower. She gets so much screen time, it's horrendous.

Flower is my favorite character, did you know she robbed a bank once?

So many ghost additions, not sure how their B&B/restaurant doesn't get a bad rap. Pete's wife and now the male stripper within a year. Ghosts already has such a large ensemble that the guest ghosts don't get much screen time. And this season has a weird shift where they break the main cast up into 2 groups.

I agree there are a lot of ghosts. Pete's travel ability helps a bit to explain if he's not around but it's harder for the rest of the main ghosts. Carol is only around as a plot point. I think that's what will happen to the new guy unless he gets sucked off to heaven quickly.

Breaking up the main ghosts works though. It's clear they have their cliques and favorites to hang with. It actually makes sense.

Re: Ghosts (CBS remake of BBC show) Oct 2021

Well, that was pretty quick for Chris to depart. I thought it might lead to Nigel and Isaac getting back together. Strange ghost power for Hetty, Wouldn't have Mark seen her if she was walking around the estate with Sunil? They'll never let Sass live down his virginity And it's weird to have Pete in two places as once, from talking to Hetty one minute to explaining ghost rules to Chris the next. No Thorfin this week.

Re: Ghosts (CBS remake of BBC show) Oct 2021

Did they explain if Joan would be able to stay? Didn't they say she just had built up a stronger tolerance for being away for an extended amount of time unlike Pete?

Yes. She can stay away longer due to building up a resistance. She can't stay away forever, but she can last longer than Pete can at this point. That said, if she is added to the show, I'm sure it will be guest appearances a couple times a year.

Re: Ghosts (CBS remake of BBC show) Oct 2021

Well, after not thinking Jay signed his soul away a few episodes ago, we now find out he did. I assume one of the ghosts will either take his place or find a way to get him out of it and will get sucked off.
