The big money person behind the operation, Seagrams heiress Clare Bronfman, has plead guilty and should be sentenced to 21-27 months in prison.

Bronfman was bankrolling most of the operation. Anyone else gets decades in jail but she has incredibly powerful connections. I believe she's agreed to a huge fine of several million to buy her way out of any real jail time.

Keith Ranier is found guilty on all counts. It only took the jury a few hours to come to a decision. Sentencing is in September.

Racketeering might land you in a minimum security prison but forced labor and sex trafficking would move you to a maximum security prison, wouldn't it? I'm no legal expert but I don't think he's getting any conjugal visits any time soon.

He should have taken a plea deal, if one was ever on the table.
