I do have to give credit to Sheri and Cole for not switching detours. That made the difference.

Man, I often hated this team throughout the season , but they picked it up the last few legs, and got the right people doing the right challenges in this one. And they even survived a couple wrong turns. Not as big a surprise for me as the goat farmers' win, but still unexpected.

Sorry, JuryDuty and buckeyes. Your team was the clear front-runner going in but just got some bad breaks.

It was pretty clear at the beginning Tyler & Korey were out of it so I was just waiting for Sheri & Cole to catch up. A very surprising finish to the season.

Congrats to the winners and thank you Damfino for running the game. I ended up rooting for Cole and Sheri to be first mom-offspring winner but the dancers ran the best last leg by far. Glad to read this show was renewed again.

There was an earlier season when TAR was expected to premiere at mid-season, but it premiered in November instead because a new show flopped and got yanked early.

So the plan for us is to NOT watch the MacGuyver reboot and the Amazing Race may return sooner.
