Yeah they really couldn't get into the groove of the race. Bummer, I liked their personalities when they weren't being so timid (like the airport, not getting an earlier flight.)

We now get 2 weeks off for the NCAA basketball championship. The show resumes April 1.

And it was a double length leg, so nobody was eliminated this week.

That was too close for comfort.

After my first team went out I figured I wouldn't have to worry until we got closer to the end and here Tyler & Korey were in last place going into the roadblock.

Can't believed they were granted another week, but I'll take it just for the sake of this game.

Why would Blair make her father do the dancing challenge? The only thing I can think of that would make sense would be if Blair had an undisclosed leg injury.

Are you kidding me? I thought I was in good shape last week with two of the last five teams left until Sheri and Cole were not eliminated... and then this week starts with a bunch-up? And then Blair and Scott lose because of a backpack grab?

That didn't make sense to me either, or maybe she's a total klutz. That might've cost them the leg as well.

I thought maybe Blair had done more roadblocks than her father - Scott. (Blair up two roadblocks on her father?)
And they didn't want Scott to have to do the next few roadblocks to catch up.
But according to Amazing Race Season 28 Wiki page - they each did 3 heading into that 7th Roadblock.
So either Blair was hurt or can't dance at all or they were just alternating doing roadblocks and it was Scotts turn.

Sucks that ya got eliminated because of Scott grabbing another teams bag. Why didn't Blair yell that she already had her dads bag?

Sad to see one of my teams go, but let's be realistic: I NEVER thought Scott & Blair would go as far as they have--it's been pretty amazing they made it this far.

I was biting my nails at the end of this one, concerned they'd beat Tyler and Korey to the mat and my best team would be gone...thankfully Blair put the challenge on her dad AND he grabbed the wrong bag.

Sad to see the last two teams were both of mine though--that's when you know you're going out!

Blair Fowler: Also, my knee had been hurt in a previous leg, and so, I think I was definitely pulling the team down a little bit.
Reality TV World: Was it a serious injury? Did you pull something?
Blair Fowler: No, I mean, I just think I needed to be able to kind of rest it and elevate it. But when you're in the Race, you don't really have time to do that.
So, it was, you know, fine in the end, but it was definitely pretty painful.


Reality TV World: I was going to ask why Scott ended up doing the dancing Roadblock task. Did Blair's knee have something to do with that?
Blair Fowler: Yeah!

Reality TV World: It just seemed like a little bit of a surprising choice - even though not all women necessarily have rhythm or are good dancers.
Scott Fowler: Yeah, Blair probably would've been able to do the thing better, even with her bad knee. But the problem was, her knee really was an issue.
It just hadn't gotten enough rest. So we actually debated about it. They didn't show it, but if we had thought Blair could've completed it without her knee giving out.
I'll tell you, it was a strenuous dance. I'm not sure her knee would've made it through the dance.

Blair Fowler: Well, what's funny is, as Korey and Dad were going back and forth doing the dance multiple times, Tyler and I were kind of learning it just sitting there.
And we thought it would be fun to kind of get up and do it with them. I probably got through about four steps before I just sat down.
I was like, "Oh my gosh, if I had done this, we would've had to take a penalty." I would not have been able to complete it.
And I can work through pain most of the time. This was, I mean, I was not going to be able to push my body to do it. It just wasn't going to allow it.

I guess my injury theory was correct last week.

Sheri and Cole are saved once again by a non-elimination, so nobody eliminated this week.

The team no one wanted to stick around does just that. They just won't go away.

It seems as though they have been less annoying as the race has gone along; however, so has everyone else as the shows seem to have been less focused on their social media personalities as the race has progressed.

I can just see Sheri's wish for more Taxis bite them in the behind next week.

Saved twice in the same season, Sheri and Cole might be destined to get to the finale. I still find Cole obnoxious at times, but they have grown on me a bit since the season started.

I'm just happy to see Tyler & Korey get back on track.

Sorry lwhy? And chowderhead, thanks for playing. Once again a team was done in by having the wrong person do a roadblock. What was Zach thinking? Or did he have an undisclosed injury too?

I have to give credit to Sheri and Cole who moved up despite having to do a speed bump.

I think it was a combination of not seeing exactly what the task was, and leaning towards having Rachel do it because Zach had done the majority of roadblocks up until that point. It seemed at least Zach regretted the choice as soon as they got out to the beach.

A tough leg for Kurt and Brody, I was convinced they were going to be last. A close call and definitely a mistake to burn the Express Pass last leg.

Sorry guys, I was pulling for Zach and Rachel, but they just made a bad decision (not that they had any clue that they were doing so).

Sorry sauce07, thanks for playing. It sucks to be done in by a U-Turn, and a ridiculously easy Roadblock didn't help either, so that made it impossible for the Frisbees to catch up unless somebody got lost on the way to the pit stop.

Sorry Damfino and Sauce07. Your picks truly were amazing and would have been team #3 despite their setbacks had it not been for the U-Turn. That was brutal.

On the other hand, it's about the best thing that could have happened for buckeyes8604 and me--you guys were our most dangerous competition!
