LOL... what was it he said after that? I believe something like:

"The redhead looks like someone pulled silly putty over their knee."

I don't think it was so much of a Madonna bashing as it was a bashing of people with empty lives that have nothing better to do but talk about a celebritie's life.

The Aaron Neville megaphone has been cracking up even before he spoke into it. Just the mention of it gave me this hilarious image in my head. Good stuff. I laughed pretty hard at this episode.

Peter: "A vagina?"

Hindu: "Get out!"

Tainted Holy Water
Quantum Leap Jesus (oh boy)
Fonzie curing Howard Cunningham's Erectile Disfunction, &
Peter: All rise. Now sit on it.

Funniest episode in a long time.

Hey I wonder if all of these Happy Days references will spark enough interest in the DVD sales so we can get season 2. :D

Phyre 12-19-05 02:51 PM

Best bit was the Face/Off gag with Stewie and Brian's faces switched.

Fielding Mellish 12-19-05 03:25 PM

Happy Days "Chuck" references = Gomedy Gold

The undeniable best ep in a somewhat shaky new season.

Peter: "GENITAL WARTS!!!!"

Hahahahahaha!!!!!!

My TiVo stopped recording right at the moment where Peter and Lois were talking about "managing to inspire at least one person". It then switched to someone holding a picture of the Fonz. Who was that and was there any further dialog?

The person holding the Fonz picture was Peter's dad and he sets the picture in a desk and then he kneel down beside it to pray to the Fonz. Then the credits rolls in the style of "Happy Days" end credits.

Lois complains to Peter about his father always pushing his religious views on the family. Peter's response is, "All right, I'll talk to him. But when my father wants something, it's a lot like sex with Kobe Bryant: You can kick and scream all you want, but it's ... it's going to happen."

Great Episode! I love that all these characters do guest spots in their own voices...

I was kinda upset about the delay of GWB... I had everything PVR'd and went to watch last night without realising there was a GWB speech... but luckily, I had it set up for when the NFL goes too long... I record the show after American Dad (Seinfeld) so I can get all the shows recorded if football goes to long... so it worked like a charm! :)

Sorry to bump but we just watched this off our DVR and the pinball bit had my wife and myself speechless. I never got tired of watching that bit on Sesame Street as a kid, it had a visual poetry and flow all it's own that will probably make me look pretty fruity if I keep describing it.

I missed the opening act, but I thought this was the lamest episode they've done since the return. Nothing seemed to work write and two cutaways were almost the same joke (Jury Duty, Rabbi impersonation) and they continue with the too long jokes with tonight's Thomas Edison cutaway. The lengthy drawn out jokes are dead since they use to be very infrequent, but it seems like they do one per episode nowadays.

MrX 01-08-06 09:57 PM

I thought the Edison and John Goodman jokes were hilarious:lol:

HE Pennypacker 01-08-06 10:07 PM

The Goodman bit was freakin' hilarious. I thought this was one of the better episodes since the show's return.

wergo 01-08-06 10:18 PM

What happened to Meg being so ugly that people would set themselves on fire and jump out the window rather than go out with her?

redrum 01-08-06 11:03 PM

oh quagmire.
