And was voiced by Spock in the movie.

Technically, in the original animated series from the 1980s, his character model was actually purple.

The original toy, however, was totally inaccurate to the show and was gray.

They did a reissue later on where they recolored the toy to more accurately match the show.

Galvatron used to be Megatron, but he made a Faustian deal with the giant evil god Transformer Unicron and was reborn in a new body. He was, however, a Caligula-level raging psychopath who had a tendency to shoot his own troops and was nuts even by the standards of Decepticon leaders, which made him somewhat unpopular even among his evil subjects. Don't ask how I know all of this.

I bet he still gets laid more often.

I just don't know why Marvel just didn't take one of their superheroes who was never going to get his own movie and just roll with that.
Probably too cost-prohibitive, plus Coloson's character is known from being in the 3rd highest grossing movie ever made. The obscure characters aren't. The action scenes in this episode alone look like they were more impressive than a whole season of Smallville.

There was a carnival that used to come set up at my school that had a ride called the Gravitron that allegedly let you walk on the ceiling and such. I have a server aversion to spinning things, so I never went on it though.

I love how my misspelling of Graviton has turned into a whole Transformers sidebar.

It's be awesome if they called the organization E.S.C.U.D.O. and actually tried to find a way to make such a name work.

I'm really liking Agents of Shield. I hope there aren't anymore more steep dips in ratings for this week's episode. I don't have my hopes too high though. This kind of show is going to have a niche audience for sure. I just hope we get one season at least.

There just isn't anyone for me to root for. I hate to make an Arrow comparison, but you have Ollie and Digg as male central figures that pretty much anyone can find something to root for in them.

I agree, this show needs a superhero, bad.

And I love Arrow. Best new show last season. I can't wait for the next.

I'm thinking any acronym for a Mexican S.H.I.E.L.D. is going to use Spanish words to spell E.S.C.U.D.O.

Ejercito Sensacional Clandestino Unidos para Desastres Originales?

I'm sure I could come up with something better but that just made my brain hurt.

Although he doesn't seem to be directly involved in the writing anymore, it has Whedon's fingerprints all over it, and his last two shows were Firefly and Dollhouse, neither of which lasted long.

Then there can be a porno version where the organization is called S.E.X. or F.U.C.K.I.N.G. or something.

Firefly never had a chance because Fox gave it a terrible time slot, and I'm also convinced someone at Fox purposely wanted the show to fail. Would've done great on SciFi channel.

I saw the pilot of Dollhouse, and it bored me. Plus it was on Fox on Fridays. It's been a long time since Fox had a hit show on Fridays.

Firefly was a great show with real potential. I'm glad we at least got a movie out of it. It is easily my favorite science fiction tv show ever.

Dollhouse started out interesting but it degenerated into stupid boring stuff.

I would totally watch Agents of A.L.B.O.N.D.I.G.A.S.

Their nemesis would be A.D.I.D.A.S. (Asociación De Idiotas Dispuestos A Superarse).
