Over There is not a cop show. I also submit that Law & Order Trial by Jury is not a cop show.

I think this one is more open to non-cop shows. The creator names were chosen because of their affiliation with the genre, but I assumed the question was deliberately vague to allow for any show they created.

The question did not ask for a cop show. It asked for a series... created by guys known for cop shows.
