I thought it started out weak, but ended well.
I was surprised they killed Sura already just because Erin Cummings was the only person from the show I've seen out doing press for the show, though I imagine she'll still show up in his dreams.

A little bit surprised they killed her after all that. So his Dominus actually had her killed? I thought maybe they were going with the angle that the guy who first captured him didn't want him getting reunited with his wife so he had her killed, but from what he said to his wife that doesn't appear to be the case.

That girl the nerdy guy (from The Mummy) was banging in the bath was super hot.
That's all I have to comment. Okay show.

Nothing, as long as it involves man on woman or woman on woman, man on man?
So...I wonder who ordered the hit on Sura? It seems like it was the same one who had the messenger lie, but by Bataias' comments there seems to be the possibility that a lot were involved.

I guess that makes sense, but I can't help but wonder what he might have been saying to the man driving the cart. I am guessing Xena wasn't in on it, as she seemed surprised (albeit pleasantly) by the tragic turn on events. This definitely frees up the show to go in whatever direction it wants now, as most of the plot to this point has been Spartacus trying to re-unite with his wife.
So much for Erin Cummings, but I do have "Bitch Slap" in my netflix queue, so I will hopefully see her again soon!

Well, the man on the cart was telling him what happened: "Bandits...Came out of nowhere..." No doubt the bandits were hired by Batiatus for that exact purpose, and he was just playing out his feign ignorance role.
