I have a vague recollection of the Sil cardboard cut out having to do with him being a model for a clothier or a line of suits and Tony getting pissed about it... Someone refresh my memory, it's been a few years.

That is definitely Juniors house that they are hidding out in the open in.

I thought this too, which is why I thought Tony looked a little somber in the house - he hadn't been there since he'd been shot.

Junior's sink was on the left side of the kitchen and the fridge on the right side, the kitchen that the guys were in was the exact opposite. It wasn't Junior's or Livia's kitchen.

Finale spoilers...taken from another site. May or may not be true, but read at your own risk. Of all the ones I've read so far, this one sounds the most plausable given the info we know about the finale:

Spoiler:
Carm blows up. It is witnessed by AJ and Meadow, who are on their way to a safe house. Att this point aj finaly steps up, knowing his father is outmatched with little muscle left. Meadow will leave as Tony orders her off with Janice and she gives him a mouthful about how she knew he killed that man when they went to college Season 1? That will be the last we see of Meadow and Janice. Tony and his crew with new members AJ and Pat Jr. will develop a plan, Tony is called to a sit down with a mafia boss (possible Joe Pesci cameo!) we have never met or ever heard of. Paulie walnuts comes up with the info of where Phil is (some cabin) and sends Benny and AJ to handle it. Benny kills Phil at a gas station (there was also an alternate version of AJ killing Phil was left on the cutting room floor). Tony and Paulie wipe out the remaing crew, with only Carmine Jr. remaining to deal with. After Agent Harris plays Tony a tape of Carmine and Phil discussing why the hit on Tony didn't go down when Carmine brought him to Phil's house. AJ returns, and Tony is ready for a father-son mafia moment, but AJ is having none of it. Agent Harris walks in on AJ with glock loaded pointed at Tony. AJ tells Tony that he killed his mom, Bobby, Jackie jr, and god knows who else and the killing stops today. Before he can pull the trigger, Agent Harris fires a shot and hits AJ in the chest. Tony screams and runs to AJ, who dies in his arms. In the end, Tony is by himself, with nowhere to go. The final shot of the episode is Melfi reading about it all in a newspaper at a ice cream parlor. The End.

Carm blows up, as in kaboom over with no time to speculate that we didnt see her head blow off, burnt to a crisp good old fashion remote control bomb. It is witnessed by aj and meadow, who are on there way to a safe house, at this point aj finaly steps up, knowing his father is outmatched with little muscle left. I can hear you all ready saying aj couldnt kill himself how the hell can he kill someone else. this has been in his destiny, he will help his father. Meadow will fade to black as tony orders her off with janice and she ggives him a mouthfull about how she knew he killed that man when they went to college s1 ep 5? and he is the devil, blah blah blah. that will be the end of meadow and janice. Tony and his lowly crew with new members aj, and pat jr. will develop a plan, Tony is called to a sit down with a mafia boss we have never met or ever heard of, which I felt was kinda lame, and tony smells it out. paulie walnuts comes up with the info of where phil is (some cabin) and sends benny and aj to handle it. benny kills phil at a gas station, also alternate version of aj killing phil was left on the cutting board. Tony and paulie wipe out the remaing crew, with only carmine jr. remaing to deal with after aget harris plays him a tape of carmine and phil discussing why the hit on tony didnt go down when carmine brought him to phils houe ( phils voice saying cooler heads have prevailed was phil telling carmine the hit was off) when aj returns his father is ready for a father son mafia moment and aj is having none of it, agent harris who is acting on intelegence that tony is going to kill carmine goes to discourage him, and walks in on AJ with glock loaded pointed at tony. he tells tony that he killed his mom, bobby, jackie jr, and god knows who else and the killing stops today. before he can squeese the trigger angent harris fires a shot and hits aj in the chest, tony screams and runs to aj who dies in his arms simalar to after his sucide attempt. in the end tony is by himself, no where to go. Part of that is true... the rest is just a pail of red herrings. There's no way that can all fit in 65 minutes.

Yes, "abruptness." After that dinner she was done, just like that. Though we knew she'd heard of the article a little earlier, Tony in there knew nothing about any of it so the scene itself was, actually, abrupt.

Some of those spoilers seem plausible, but a lot seems made up or not yet final. Appropriate though.

Can anyone tell me the name and performers of that beautiful closing titles song?

Tony goes to sleep.
Song: Running Wild (extended instrumental)
Artist: Tindersticks

Chase must like them--third song of theirs he's used.

I still don't see the safe house being Livia's or Junior's. If it was I think they would have said so in the HBO.com synopsis. All it says there is "safe house". Plus, I remember Junior's house exterior looking totally different.

That is a great ending. I don't know if I can believe AJ would have the balls, and I don't know if Tony would let his only son get involved in such a high risk situation. But, good stuff.
I still think Paulie will flip. When Bobby and Tony are in ther row boat at the lake Bobby says "you never see it coming". I wonder if Tony and Paulie end up alone together and Paulie pulls out a gun and says "sorry Tone" BOOM!

I agree that it wasn't Junior's or Livia's house, but I can't believe we're discussing that so much.

Well, all we know for sure is that it's a safehouse. A safehouse with a cardboard cutout of Silvio.

Dude, spoiler your response to a spoiler. Some of your response could be a spoiler in itself.

Just great, I'm not trying to look for spoilers and someone has to spoil something anyways.

P.S. The reason I put ........ instead of the full text is that I'm not going to post the quote of a possible spoiler so I would essentially be spoiling it again.

How is speculation a spoiler? Do you discuss the Sopranos with anyone IRL? Do they place a plastic "spoiler" bucket over your head whenever they begin to talk about what MIGHT happen?

I've been saying for a few weeks now that AJ becomes a "made" guy in the last episode, hence the title, "Made in America". Should I put that in a spoiler? If I said that I have seen the final episode and that is indeed what happens, does THAT need a spoiler? What about the fact that Adrianna will make an appearance?

I hope it is speculation, but his response was to a spoiler that said he got it from a reliable site, not just someone speculating. I hope it's not the same site that spoiled what happened this most recent episode, because apparently that got leaked on the net, so I heard the next day on Opie and Anthony.

Agree with Ballack - I started reading that post and after the one line, was like FUCK. I guess I'll have to do like I did the week before the Lost finale...go in the corner and hide until Sunday night.

I also agree with Ballack. I started reading that response, the response seemed to contain spoilers, then I thought "well, this guy is a real asshole" and stopped reading.

There's another spoiler that is going around that has pretty much been debunked, but I actually like it better (but if it happened, fans would go BALLISTIC):

Spoiler:
In brief, Meadow dies, AJ Dies, Carm dies and Tony commits suicide...fade to black. THEN, we hear Adriana's voice yelling at Christopher, who flips over the cover to a script that says "The Sopranos" on the front!

The finale will decide for me whether or not I sell my Seasons 1 through 3 or slowly complete the set. I'm leaning towards selling.
