I wondered how long it was going to take for them to work in the Bowie song. The weakest episode of this show is still better than most shows out there.

The Bowie in space song was lame, but the song for Bret was hysterical. Jemaine does a pretty good Bowie impersonation too. I also loved Mel fantasizing about two guys in the library and the "he admired your balls" line. The episode probably was their weekest one, but still some big laughs.

Anyone know how terrible this is doing in the ratings? (I can't imagine many people watch it)

I got all my friends to watch this. It's becoming a cult hit. We already love Entourage and watch it every week then just leave it on for Flight of the Conchords. I do wonder about the ratings though.

These guys are becoming like the friend who you found charming at first and now you can't stand. Besides his singing, I can't find one thing to like about the Bret character. Grade A slacker/loser.

Last I checked it had around 800k viewers, which isn't terrible. I definitely think it's gaining some traction though...just a few days ago I heard the HR girl playing the "If that's what you're into" video.

I thought it was great. "Brett--You're so small. It looks like trick photography" "You put a wig on me while I was sleeping? Bit gay, isn't it?" "No. Not gay if I was pretending you're a woman, which I wasn't because I didn't do that."

Easily funniest new show around and one of my new favorites.

"Brett You've Got it Goin' On" was great but the rest was so-so. I didn't care much for the David Bowie parts. Maybe if you follow Bowie it's funnier?

I'm a pretty big Bowie fan, but I also thought that this was the worst ep of the season. Still decent, but I'm hoping the next couple eps are better.

Wow, I'm surprised about the episode 6 opinions, I thought this was the best episode of the season. His Bowie impression was great. Furthermore, everyone should be a Bowie fan.

I really loved their Space - Magic Fly reference in the Bowie in Space sequence.

I did think that episode 7 was the weakest of the episodes so far, but Murray's song was great. Still a good espisode.

I also thought this was one of the best episodes of the series thus far. In particular the bit in "Bret You Got It Goin' On" at the end was insanely funny.

Flight of the Conchords "WHAT GOES ON TOUR" 08-13-07

This for me has been far and away the best episode of the show so far, the whole thing with Murray thinking Brett was trying to be as Rock and Roll as Jemaine.

I loved it. On the Road.

Songs were not as good this week, but the plot was great.

Hilarious episode, esp. with the Women's Polo Team, Brett trying to explain they're from New Zealand not Australia, while Jemaine jumps right in with "Throw another shrimp on the barbie!" and "Crikes, Mate!"

I was sort of hoping something good would actually happen, what with Murray spending all his savings on the tour & all. Still, funniest show out there.

I love this show. No, I'm in love with this show. No, I want to make love to this show. I can't say enough good things about it. It has everything a girl could ever want. Hilarious humor, great music, ridiculously hot band. One of my favorite shows ever.

Oh, the leather suits shrinking with each scene had me crying with laughter.

One of the better episodes for sure...only the lack of songs dragged it down for me...but I loved most of it - and when the TV went out the window - hilarious! 'Two cool looking idiots'

I have just started watching this show, and I find it funny, but I feel like the music is the weakest part. I like to see them interact. I don't find the music terrible, but just drawn out.

Great show. The music has gone hill a bit, but there were some classics early on.

I thought the mermaid song was great. Jemaine with the coconuts was hilarious.

Also, Murray sleeping in the tub.

I just rewatched this, and Murray did indeed say

a Central Park at the start of the ep!

Like on Sea horses?

I LOVE this show - great episode. My 3 y/o loves this show as well, he hums the guitar scene break music, cracks up at the intro song and ever since last week has been going around the house singing "Faux De Fa Fa".

Murray is a fucking star, so this ep was right up my alley. He is so goddamned funny. He's pathetic, but lovable. Now, I just need a Mel centric ep and this season will be golden.

The songs can be pretty hit or miss for me. They have some really good songs that have yet to make the show so I'm looking forward to these next episodes to see if they make it.

The only song I didn't love was Bowie in Space. Other than that I have the whole catalog on replay in my head.

"It's usually Bret who quits the band."

Also, why would leather suits shrink?

They waited five hours for the Girls Water Polo Team to show up.

Murry is great and just as funny as Bret and Jemaine.
