Why did Kate blab to Jack & Juliette?

Patman 05-02-07 10:06 PM

Gotta love Sawyer, at least he's willing to do the dirty work and push the narrative forward and backward.

So what is Jack holding back from the Losties?

Yep...and Kate is getting more annoying by the day (episode). I hope she was playing him and Juliet at Sayid's request...if not, Jin, Hurley, Desmond, and Sayid won't be able to trust her again. And it's already clear that they can't trust Jack (him and Juliet obviously in cahoots).

And yes, Ben is really getting annoying. Think Richard was sincere with what he told Locke about Ben? Or just trying to get him to kill Cooper?

I'm guessing he knows about Juliet's experiment and the pending "invasion"?

Well, yes, but the brig was in the brig. :)

That Terry O'Quinn is the best actor on the show (by far).

Jack should go back with his Party of 5 crew. He's a stiff.

I was just thinking how wrong I was :D

So this episode...(one of the) BEST...LOST....EVER

So does this mean that they are in fact all dead? Both Naomi and Locke's dad have said the plane was found with no survivors.

I'd guess because she has been trying her best to finally tell him off lol. Pretty obvious she is trying to make him jealous with the Sawyer stuff.

As for what is Jack holding back, I'd speculate the others told him why the phones won't with comunications down.

beatccr 05-02-07 10:15 PM

i guess Cyndi (the flight attendant) or the kids don't care about what happened to Ana-Lucia anymore because she didn't ask Locke anything about what happened to the rest of the flight survivors (unless i missed something).

I think the producers are just playing with the audience.

Maybe I need to watch the scene again, but I'm thinking the Ben listening to Juliette's tape scene wouldn't work, timewise. Juliette making the tape just happened last episode, so we'll say a day before this episode took place. The scene between Ben and Locke where Locke walked in on Ben listening to the tape happened a week or so ago. So, how did this tape get made? Or was it a different tape than the one Juliette left last episode?

Brian Gentz 05-02-07 10:18 PM

it's quite clear that the people that are backing the others can put a plane in the ocean with some bodies in it. Didn't Naomi say they sent a camera down to the plane or something? There's no proof yet that the real Flight 815 was found.

Palaver 05-02-07 10:19 PM

Seems that Ben is the one that brought Locke's dad there. He asked for the Man from Tallahassee and Locke's dad was driving in Tallahassee before he wrecked and awoke on the island.

Anybody else think Jack has turned into an asshat?
He's been an asshat since episode 1 season 2. I liked him in season 1 but now I hate him. His character is just annoying.

I agree.

aktick 05-02-07 10:22 PM

So why did Ben want to bring Cooper to the island so Locke (or Sawyer) could kill him?

And I'm sorry, but it's a good thing Locke is more level headed than me. I would've killed Ben at any chance I had.

suziq999 05-02-07 10:22 PM

a) Why does the real Sawyer say its purgatory (or hell) if the creators have said its not?

b) Why is Kate such an annoying blabbermouth?

c) Why does Jack trust Juliette and why would they play out that stupid scene right in front of her?

Gah. I don't really expect answers. This is just what's irritated me tonight.

Okay, I watched that scene again. It said '3 days ago'. Kind of a wild gap between episodes for Lost.

to give message board posters more reasons to come up with their theories

They are not dead; the off-Bali crash site was most likely a cover-up. It's not like the bodies would have to be very recognizable after being subjected to the forces of impact and bottom-of-the-ocean pressure.
