Looks like they stole that whole scene from Speed and Die Hard 3 ...

Jack looks in good physical shape for a guy locked away in a prison for 2 years.

One last thing ... would you please put down your weapon?

some people were making it sound like jack chewed the guy's whole head off. instead we just got a teensy love bite on the neck.

hope new prez palmer finds his place. he's too darn indecisive. sigh, i miss his bro - he would, as some here would say, charge into this crisis like a shining roman general.

assad is a nice addition but who how long he'll last.

If you're thinking of who I think you're thinking of, I don't think that's him.

Then it's a dead ringer for him.

24 isn't listed yet in Kumar's or Rube's IMDB page-is that why you think it wasn't the guy from the Matrix-that it's not on his page?

This is my first time watching 24. It all seems a little silly. They lock Bauer up in a room with not 1 but 2 escape routes? He escapes and finds a car that just happens to have a GPS enabled cell phone, which luckily enough he's overheard and remembered the proper coordinates, then just so happens to get through LA traffic in time to beat 2 military attack choppers? And all this in the first hour? I could go on about the 2nd hour but I'm not trying to crap on the thread, I'm just curious if the entire show is filled with such "convieniences"? I guess it's entertaining enough, but I don't think I'll continue to watch if every episode is like that. It just seems too easy. I mean, tracking a guy out of the subway who just happens to have his car parked virtually right next to where you parked yours? They were shown earlier walking from a totally different direction....

You just summed up the genius of 24.

Where was Megan Gallagher? I saw her name in the credits but didn't see her.

Ah, no wonder I didn't notice her. I was zoning out with the "secondary" storyline. It reminded me of Behrooz.

I'll bet Ahmed's middle name is Behrooz.
