It is a great day! I have been counting down the months since the season finale ended. After hearing all the praise for the first four episodes, I'm even more excited.

Seclude yourself and tell everyone to leave you alone, because 24 is back on tonight!

Woo Hoo! I've been waiting on this one and carefully avoiding all spoilers. I'm really psyched for this one. Curious to see how quickly Jack comes back into the fold. Hope they don't kill a regular for a while this year.

I've been watching this show since day one and, having seen all 4 hours of the season six premiere already, I can safely say no "24" fan will be disappointed. The way they end hour four is glorious!

Seriously...it's pretty riveting and made me wish I could finish the entire season in one sitting. Welcome back, "24"!

Did you buy the DVD that most retail stores are going to be selling next week?

This is going to be the first time I watch 24 during it's original broadcast... this will make, or break my choice about waiting for DVD.

Spoiler:
Don't count on it. I suppose Jack killing Curtis 4 hours into the day is far longer than David Palmer dying within the first 5 minutes of the Season 5 premiere, though.

You may have to resort to looking for the leaked episodes now. Sorry about the cable fuck up.

FOX only broadcasts the show in Widescreen for HDTV viewers. So, your stuck with pan and scan. As for missing the 1st 30 mins, just finish the 2 hours tonight and log onto the net and track down one of those leaked episodes.

Thanks but I was just hoping for a cliff notes version. As in storyline or anything important I may have missed. I don't need to necessarily watch it.

edit: I found it

Terrorists detonating suicide bombs... president wayne palmer is worried... only way to find Assad (man who is behind the bombing) is to negotiate with Fayed (an associate of Assad).. who wants 25 million and Jack Bauer (revenge on his brother who was tortured and killed by jack .. we never saw this though) Palmer negotiated Bauers release from Chinese... Bauer comes back looking like hell. Buchanan and Curtis pick him up and tell him that he has to be sacrificed... thats basically it. They just left him there ... handcuffed to the sewer. Buchanan and Hayes are married... Chloe and Morris are back together.

24 fans may want to avoid the Drudge Report. Unless you've already watched the first 4 episodes.
