Yup...I think she should sing "True Colors" cuz she just showed hers for the world to see.

Very true. This band sux

The house band should form a group together. Those are real musicians right there.

Yeah, Magni and the House Band. That version of "Fire" was ripping.

But NO MORE NIRVANA!

Not to mention how conniving she is as well. She tried to sabatoge Lukas a few shows back.
Exactly. She has felt threatened by Lukas all along so she has been trying to sabotage him for a while. The "dark horse" comment for Ryan this week turned her against him. I really think Dilana and Storm need to go next. They are both very very fake. My final 3 would be Magni, Toby and Ryan. Lukas gives off a ton of signs that he would be a pain in the ass lead singer.

A few random thoughts:

1. Dilana appears to have certainly sabotaged her own front-runner status.
2. Why the hell does Magni keep showing up in the bottom three?
3. Toby has finally convinced me that he is a strong contender.

2. Lack of support from the callers. I hate the name "Magni", it makes him sound pretentious. His personality is not all that magnetic, and his singing is more karoake-sounding than original-sounding.

Magni certainly sounds better than his first name of Guðmundur

What, you don't like "hey, hey, hey"s and "ho, ho,ho"s????

Man those are some bad songs. It's unfortunate becasue, after watching this show every week, I'd like to pick up the band's album, but there's no way in hell I'm getting this shite!

I've heard better songs coming out the ass of Le Petomane.

That song sounded exactly like what you get when a drummer, bassist, and guitarist that have no lyrical skills get together and put something on paper.

Pretty ridiculous comment seeing how Plush dominated the charts and is immediately thought of as one of the 90's best songs.

Well that depends if you're asking those who think STP was a group of Pearl Jam copycats or not.

Was Pearl Jam a Nirvana copycat? Was Nirvana a Soundgarden copycat? We could go on forever.

Alternative music all had a similar feel. That's why it's called a "genre".

I think where Dilana really screwed herself was when she said she stood by her comment that Ryan was nothing without the house band on the live show. It's one thing to make a dumb comment in the house or to be nervous and slip up during the interview. But she reaffirmed her views when directly confronted about them, and only seemed to backtrack and apologize when she heard the negative reactions. At the end of the ordeal she almost seemed to be in tears, probably more due to realizing the potential damage she caused herself.

I'm thinking Supernova wouldnt want to put up with that kind of ego...especially since was a nobody up until this show.

Lukas and Storm have also shown HUGE ego's as well. I think Ryan hides it better but I think he also has a bit of an attitude. Magni and Toby are the only two that seem like they are being real all the time. I thought that INXS would never pick JD last year because of his attitude but they did.

Didn't Dave say in one of the first episodes that you needed to be arrogant to be in a rock band, especially one like Supernova? I don't think having egos will hurt anybody's chances. Being a complete and total bitch, however...
