I do have to thank you Das, without your constant recommendations I would never have made it through the first season. I have a circle of people (brother and a few friends) that are currently in various stages of the show now from borrowing my dvds. Problems occur when someone finishes the second season and the third has been lent to someone else. I myself should finish the 4th sometime this weekend.

Glad I could help. I've always known God had a plan for me. I was hoping it would be to cure Cancer or be a phat pimp or perhaps a gourmet nacho taster, but this'll do.

I thought the in-depth discussion was to start next Monday. Now if you'll excuse me, I have more TV to watch.

Correct! I'll be posting weekday episode reviews starting Monday. Hopefully, everybody that will be joining us will not only have the set purchased by then, but a few episodes watched as well.

You'll have to ask RandyC about that. [Bando stomps off mumbling about the idiot mods and their power trips.]

I guess so.

There's still lots more to come, though.

yep - we have to quit saying heh heh heh to Bando now.

Here's your official "heh heh heh" diploma:

BANDOMAN has watched enough of Babylon 5 to officially be able to say "heh heh heh" to n00bs to the show. Although he has more to watch, he's now a B5 informed fellow

And yes, the rest is great too.

i finished this season, this is by far the best of the seasons so far. I don't think season 5 will be able to top this one

You are correct.

Although season 5 is worth watching.

I'll still be buying S5 - I just HAVE to own the entire series.

you have to buy the movies then too.

I'll admit that Crusade, though enjoyable, is optional.

BTW - when can I watch "In The Beginning"? I've been very good, even though I've been tempted to watch it for a long time.

If you've seen "Into the Fire", you can watch "In the Beginning" - go for it!

Quite wrong.

If you want to go into In The Beginning completely spoiler free, wait until after watching Atonement (I think it's about halfway into season 4). There's stuff that's revealed there that is also shown in ItB.

Bando, I think the smart thing for you to do is wait until you've finished the whole 4th season. You could slip it in after 'Atonement' if you couldn't wait another moment, but frankly, it aired after 'Deconstruction', and it fits perfectly there. If you had Thirdspace, now would be the perfect time to watch it, but you don't, so ... Luckily, it stands alone fine, so it won't be a big deal to watch later on.

I think the spoilers after "Into the Fire" are minor enough not to worry about, IMO.

but waiting till end of fourth season wouldn't be too hard at this point, either.

Minor, perhaps, but why do it? Stubbing your toe may be a minor injury, but I'm not going to advise you to go kick a wall if there's no need to.

Yeah, there's some big stuff in In the Beginning that would be a shocker if he hasn't seen Atonement. I think it's better he waits.
